Luxe Naples Bungalow is a centrally located oasis in the heart of East Naples. The property is a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home located on 1st level of a newly built 2023 community of homes. Our pool (unheated) is shared among the neighboring homes.


Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you will not be disappointed. We are located in the Bayshore Arts District, just a 3 min walk to the Botanical Gardens of Naples / a short 3 mile drive to Historic 5th ave as well as Beaches , Shopping , Fine Dining and a lot more that Naples has to offer. You will also be a stone's throw to the boat marina and Naples famous pickleball stadium.


Once you've entered into the unit, you will notice a change from the streets of Naples, to your own peaceful Oasis. In the living area and kitchen, you will notice the tasteful yet professional decor. In the 3 bedrooms , you will find peaceful decor that will allow you to relax and enjoy pure zin.


Features include a beautiful white granite island, high end tile flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, 9'+ high ceilings, high end toiletries and a back patio with seating for two.


You are sure to enjoy yourself and make lasting memories during your stay at our beautiful Private home. Only APPROVED and CONFIRMED guests are allowed access into the unit.


- Living Area: Enjoy our stylish 10' luxury sofa, while you relax and either watch a movie/ TV series/ or the big game on the 65" Smart TV, enjoy a cocktail, or do both. Just bring your favorite streaming service(s) and enjoy at your leisure for any of the TV's in the unit.


- Kitchen: Enjoy preparing your own meals for both you and your family in our open concept kitchen overlooking the living room. You can show off your culinary skills or play bartender while your guests observe at the (4) kitchen bar stools. Our kitchen has a Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Dishes & Utensils, Spices/Pantry Items, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Freezer, Kettle, Pots & Pans, Dining Table, Baking Sheet, and Wine Glasses! If you are a Coffee fanatic, you will notice the special coffee area set aside for all things Coffee featuring a Coffee Chemex, French Press and a electric kettle.


- Dining Area: Attached to the open concept Kitchen and Living Room, is our dining area. You will be sure to enjoy a fabulous meal with seating for six comfortably.


- King Bedroom with ensuite: Enjoy your own King suite, with a spacious yet comfortable King Bed. As you enter you will notice the oversized walk in closet with ample room for all your clothes. You can lay and enjoy watching TV on our 58" Smart TV. Your high end private ensuite bath is equipped with high end organic/vegan toiletries and a Bath cart in the walk in shower with towels and bathing amenities.


- Queen Bedroom: Our queen room have a cozy queen mattress as well as a Smart TV. As you enter the shared bathroom located right outside the bedrooms, you will find another well styled yet appointed bath, with a soaking tub so you can read your favorite book or enjoy just some "ME" time.


- Twin Bedroom: Our twin room have 2 twin beds as well as a Smart TV.


- All bedrooms listed include either a King/ queen or twin beds along with either a queen or twin sized air mattress (air mattresses are available upon request).


- Laundry Area: Just so you don't have to return home with soiled clothes, feel free to utilize our Brand new full sized new washer and dryer for use whenever you need.


-Back Patio - enjoy a glass of lemonade or cup of coffee and enjoy the Naples mornings while you sit out on our back patio.

- Pool is currently closed as management handles some maintenance.
- External Ring Doorbell Security Camera to the rear of the home.
