City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.**
* Palm Springs International Airport is in close proximity and while its conveniently located for visitors, please note that at certain times of day there will be short intervals of airplane take-off noise , which is short and only during limited hours but should be noted (All of the neighborhoods within 10 miles of downtown Palm Springs experience this airport traffic intermittently).
* NO PETS WITHOUT PRIOR OWNER APPROVAL - MESSAGE US ON THE AIRBNB APP IF YOU WISH TO BRING A PET - IF APPROVED - Pets: $75 (requires owner approval) 2 dog limit.
*For film shoots, small weddings and events please inquire and provide as much information as possible. An additional event fee, cleaning fee and deposit may be required.
* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.
* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost is $149/night.

* The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting
Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.
Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.
