Cozy/Modern Home close to pool/park, quick Uber to downtown or the Univeristy

Cute and cozy 2 bed 2 bath home on dead end quiet street. Home is within walking distance to Elks Pool and Spray Park, and also a quick and cheap Uber/Lyft to explore downtown Grand Forks. Dedicated work area with office desk in back room leading to deck. Enjoy outdoor seating on deck with a small propane fire pit during beautiful North Dakota summer evenings. Have some fun grilling on either the propane gas grill or Traeger Pellet smoker!
Smaller room in basement with a L shaped pullout, flat screen TV, and family games.
Linens provided throughout home, including beach towels for those using swim park just a 3 minute walk to the south of this home.
Tide PODS provided if guests wish to wash any laundry of their own during their stay.
Nexus Shampoo and Conditioner in each bathroom along with Dove body wash.
Keurig coffee maker with variety of flavored pods and single use coffee creamers in the kitchen!

Everything about this place was great! I do not have a single bad thing about it! The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished and super comfy. The couch and entertainment worked perfect for a movie with friends, the bathrooms were very clean and stocked with any toiletry and towels. The kitchen was my favorite, fully stocked with anything you needed to cook, including spices! There was a kurig with many coffee pods and plenty of coffee creamers, it was awesome! The host was great to work with as well!

Everything about this home was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The back porch with a fire pit was lovely. We will definitely consider this home when we return for UND graduation in the spring. Thank you Emily!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood not far from stores and restaurants. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need or want. I’ve stayed in many short-term rentals over the years and this is the nicest of them all.

UND Visit

Excellent home. Clear and detailed instructions on check in from the owner made that process super simple. House was super clean, comfortable and quiet. Much appreciated central air conditioning for the “heat wave” that settled in during our stay. Well-furnished kitchen and the complimentary waters and snacks are a thoughtful touch. Carries our highest recommendation.

This VRBO has everything you need! Very comfortable and clean with thoughtful extras. Excellent communication with owner. I would add a grate over the window well by the driveway for safety.

Relaxing Stay, Ideal for Small Groups or Families

My spouse and three children and I loved our five-day stay at this property. The home was super clean and tidy and well equipped, with thoughtful touches and uplifting decor throughout. I loved that there are separate spaces in the upstairs and downstairs for different uses, including an office and multiple spaces to hang out. The deck sitting area is lovely as well. Our family was well accommodated and I would definitely stay here again!! Very simple check-in as well. Thank you!!

Three sisters (65) with our 86 year old mom.

We loved everything about this place. Location was perfect for our situation, nice quiet neighborhood. The house was darling. So many really nice touches like high quality towels and bedding, the welcome bucket with snacks and treats, the coffee station with multiple K-cup options. The beds were better than any hotel we’ve stayed at. The place was very clean. We were so impressed with the decor we want Emily to come and decorate our own houses. Everywhere you look, the details were perfect. Can’t say enough about this one. It will be our “go-to” place the next time we visit family in Grand Forks. A thousand times better than any hotel!

Great home, would definitely stay again

We were so impressed with this sweet, cozy little house. It had everything you could possibly want and more! Due to the nature of our visit to the area we didn’t spend much time at the house unfortunately, but we were so happy with our stay. It truly felt as if we were being welcomed by someone who was happy to have us staying at their home. I’m hoping to be able to book this same location the next time we come to Grand Forks. The host and property exceeded our expectations

This home is super cute and cozy, yet plenty of space. It met our needs perfectly. It was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and I was impressed by how well equiped the kitchen was if you are planning on cooking or baking at home. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We didn’t know what to expect from Grand Forks, but this house was everything it stated it was. In a quiet neighborhood, right by the pool and park, and easy to get downtown. We really enjoyed the comfortable house with everything you could need in the kitchen, game room, and office. It felt like a better version of our house and allowed us to relax and enjoy time with friends nearby. Would highly recommend for anyone needing an affordable and lovely home to stay in when visiting Grand Forks!

Truly cozy!

Perfect size for the 5 adults in our party. Very clean and had everything we needed including Kureig coffee. Beds were very comfortable. Very much enjoyed our stay and we would book again.

First visit to Grand Forks

I rented this location for my son.Who was in the Air Force and his new wife. It was her first visit to Grand Forks, North Dakota.And this property was a perfect place for them. It was clean, convenient location that felt very homey. They said they felt very comfortable and safe in this home. Fantastic Host! Emily thank you for making this an opportunity for them to make memories. This wonderful home has his wife excited to move to the area.

Growing up in rural ND on a farm I loved spending my spare time in the fields with my family during harvest.

I moved to Grand Forks for college to earn a degree in nursing. During that time I bought this cute little property. I also always had a love for real estate, with family owning their own real estate firm. I worked for them in the office for some time.

Fast forward to 2019 - while on a trip to Kansas right before COVID hit I met a man who turned out to be a rural farmer in North Dakota. When we made the decision to live together I took the leap and turned my property into a VRBO. While still being a full time nurse and managing this property I also find time to spend many spring and fall evenings in the field next to my forever farmer!

In the home you will see my own photography framed of different evenings in the field or reflections of my rural up brining.

I bought this home in 2010 for its central location to the hospital in which I worked at the time. It is located on a quiet dead end street housing other neighbors who have lived their for years. I love how beautiful the trees look in the fall in this area of town.

Its cozy with modern day charm/esthetics. You will find just enough room to have your own space while not crowding other guests in your group and at just the right price point!

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen to prepare any meal of your liking. The Keurig coffee maker has a variety of flavors of coffee pods for guest to choose from along with single use flavored coffee creamers, teas, sweeteners, and disposable coffee cups for guests on the run.

Each guest will arrive with a "Welcome Treat" waiting for them on the counter along with at least 4 bottles of water in the fridge.

Each bathroom has the following for guest use:
* Nexus Shampoo and Conditioner
* Dove Moisturizing body wash
* Neutrogena make up remover towelettes
* Hand soap
* Hair dryer
* Towels/wash clothes
* Q-Tips and cotton balls

Coming to town for a special event or occasion? Let your host know, as I have enjoyed leaving little gifts for guests celebrating something special!

I can also be very accommodating to check-in and checkout times, just reach out to me. Living 60 miles away I do like to have guests for at least 2 nights due to my drive to clean the property but I am willing to make exceptions if guests need a one night stay. Just reach out to me through a VRBO message!
