I had an excellent stay for a little over a week visiting my daughter at UND. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was very convenient. Easy walking distance to Caribou Coffee. We have already told several parents of UND students about this place.

The unit had individual heat settings for the bedrooms. I loved it 80 degrees. Kitchen was well equipped . Cupboard had an ample selection of spices and non perishable food items from previous guests. No items were outdated and the cupboards were clean I also was pleasantly pleased with the added touch of the handicapped handles in the bathroom.

This convenient location was perfect for our stay. It took a bit to find the parking at the back. It was stocked with everything we needed. Carson was a 5 star host.

Nice clean apartment, exactly what we needed. More paper towel and TP in stock would have helped. Very nice to have individual heat control in each room, just a little difficult to predict temps in first day. Thanks!

Home away from Home

This apartment was wonderful. Nice and cozy. Felt just like home. Way better than a hotel. Appreciated the full kitchen. Full size fridge and the oven was great as we were able to cook our son a birthday cake and also cooked 2 meals while we were there. One suggestion would be to get some hot pads for cooking when using oven. Also maybe some dish towels for drying dishes. Also maybe a strainer for cooking nd a crock pot. We will definitely stay again. Even tried booking a future stay while we were there but the weekend we needed was already booked. If we could we would give 10 stars! This rental property is great and we highly recommend. Thank you Carson
