This home away from home is full of natural light and features a ton of space for entertainment. Relax in the comforting living room, complete with couches, a TV, and vaulted ceilings. If you and your guests are feeling hungry, head to the fully equipped-kitchen to whip up a tasty meal for everyone! Sit out on the large deck and soak up some sun while you enjoy the stunning views of the lake, or head inside to play a board game next to the cozy fireplace and warm up with a nice cup of hot cocoa in hand! This is truly the perfect place to make magical memories with friends and family.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Amazing property. The house is gorgeous, plenty of room to spread out throughout the house and outside. The hot tub was a nice relaxation, and we also utilized the fireplaces indoors. The kitchen is SO well equipped and stocked - it was a chef's dream travelling to that. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house in a great location. We loved the deck and view of the lake. It worked perfectly for our family. Very close to Speedboat Beach. House is on the main road which is very busy, so not easy to walk to Kings Beach but a very short drive. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house was wonderful and in a great location, beautiful views, easy access to Speedboat Beach and drive to King's Beach. When communicating with VRBO, they did not seem to know the amenities at the house. For example, they told us there was no grill. There was a grill that we used on the deck. Thankfully! We were told there were no spices, oils, etc. There was plenty at the house. We were also told to bring shampoo and conditioner and soap for the bathrooms. I thought this was strange. There was plenty of these in all of the bathrooms. Overall, though, we had a great stay!

We loved the beauty and style of this house. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was great. The fireplace was wonderful. Very comfortable and clean.

Comfortable house for a group. Nice location near the lovely Speedboat beach. Has a nice sound system but it’s totally inaccessible, which was a drag.

Gorgeous architecture, beautiful view

This home is really unique and beautiful. Loved the midcentury design and big views of the lake. We had plenty of space for our group, we were surprised by how large the home is. Will definitely be coming back!

Best family getaway !

Home was very clean, spacious with a Great deck. Enjoyed the view of the lake and the Sunsets were a bonus. Perfect home for family vacation. Speedboat Beach was walking distance, Kings Beach short drive for restaurants and shops. And so many outdoor activities in the area ! Our favorites were hiking Picnic rock and the biking the East Shore paved path

Perfect location, tastefully decorated, more than enough space for 4 couples, great view, easy check in, responsive host. I think a lot of the issues that others raised have been fixed because I genuinely couldn’t find a flaw with the place

Great view from deck. It is a good location. Floor plan of home worked well for us. The bedrooms are downstairs so that helped since it was hot and the house does not have AC.

Amazing stay

Beautiful home! The perfect summer getaway. We enjoyed how clean and spacious the house is and how close it is to grocery stores/shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped(more than I’ve seen in most rentals), and the dinners on the deck at sunset with a view of the lake were definitely the highlight of our stay!

Beautiful Lake Home

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Lake Tahoe. The views from so many of the rooms are unbeatable. We loved the close walking distance proximity to Speedboat Beach. King's Beach is minutes away by car. We could easily lug our stand-up paddle boards to and from the lake. It was a wonderful place to relax and entertain with a large kitchen, dining room, and lake-facing deck with a grill. The bedrooms felt private and comfortable. It was a much appreciated bonus that the place was pet friendly and had a spacious garage to load and unload. Can't wait to go back!

Tahoe May 2024

The property is well located in the neighborhood of Brockway on the north shore within walking distance of King's Beach, a cute local town. Our entire family felt the home had all one could need to settle in for a week or month, with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. It is a very beautifully decorated home with all the amenities one could want, including a spa. We have an adult family, so stairs are not an issue. Small children could have problems if not watched, but we are in Tahoe, the land of hiking and climbing. We look forward to coming back in the future. Cheers to all. :)

Beautiful home with an amazing view!

Had a very lovely stay at this spacious and cozy home. Apart from the breathtaking views from multiple parts of the house, it also has new furniture that complements the design of the house perfectly giving this space a charming and inviting feel. We were also amazed by the beach access just down the road! A quick walk down the road and you’re at this public beach that feels like a hidden paradise. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Speedboat beach!

Nice architecture, lovely site, great location. Speedboat beach on Tahoe is great for swimmers and SUPers like us, and there is no parking, so this site is great! But ...both the dishwasher and the icemaker were broken "to be repaired next week" (yeah, right.) All the glasses, cups, dishes and silverware was gubby -- needed wasjing before use. No dishpan, no dish drainer. No kitchen spoons, no serving bowls or platters, no placemats or table cloth for the glass topped dining room table. There were coffee filters for some other coffee maker, but none of the cone filters needed for the maker on site. No hangers in the closets. No functional lights by the beds. Just two folding chairs and two ready-to-break wooden ones (augh!) on the deck. In sum, the place is great but it was not at all well-equipped.
