On this listing, you are reserving the whole house (G + 1 + 2 + 3 floors), with complete privacy and independence. The house is all yours to use. No one other than your group would be in the house.

Each floor has a washer and a kitchen. All 4 kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessities (induction hobs, fridges & freezers, ovens, microwave, dishwashers, toasters, kettles, coffee-makers, knives& cookware & crockeries), plus added extras like a sandwich-maker, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, air-fryer, rice maker, and instant pot pressure cooker.

The staircases are in the exterior, and each floor has its own independent entrance. So each floor functions like an independent, self-contained apartment. It's especially ideal for 3-4 families/friends traveling together but still want some independence and privacy amongst the group, with the added benefits of additional kitchen/living room/dining room.

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the whole house with complete privacy and independence. You will have the whole villa to yourself. There is no shared space, or anyone else other than your group.

Total indoor living area is 268 m2 + plenty of outdoor space to enjoy Portugal's sunny weather. Splash some water in the pool, read a book on the swing as you feel the gentle touch of a breeze, get tanned on the sun lounger, have a glass of chilled wine on the private balconies while enjoying the magnificent ocean view.
Other things to note
PLEASE READ:

AC/heating is available only on the top floor (3 bed 2 bath). But for most time of the year it's not needed.

The gardener and pool maintenance guy might be here to work during your stay, but they don't require your presence.

The cleaning fee is premised on the property being left in the condition it was in when you arrived. That means you should leave the amenities used clean (e.g. barbecue grill). If the property is left in excessively dirty condition, extra cleaning fee is charged.

Event and gathering may be permissible, if you abide by the house rules indicated (especially quiet hours midnight-7AM). There is a surcharge of EUR 30/person/day for extra guests, even if they are not staying the night. The maximum number of overnight guests cannot exceed the capacity indicated. You would be responsible for any damage/break of house rules caused by your guests. For pre-approval before you book, please indicate the purpose of the gathering (baby shower/birthday etc.), total number of non-overnight & overnight guests, number of adults and minors, and amenities you plan to use.
