This apartment has the perfect location to get to know the center of Puerto Vallarta. Enjoy the tranquility and cozy spaces of this beautiful place.
Located in the building called LA GUIRNALDA, located 3 blocks from the Malecón, Beach and Downtown Vallarta.
- NOTE: the building is located on a cobbled and sloping street, between busy streets, therefore CAUTION is recommended.
-Includes 50 Kwh of electricity for short stays. In long stays, the consumption of electricity is paid by the guest.
-The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. You will have free parking for 1 small vehicle inside the building (truck, van, etc. They do not fit due to the height).
-You will find the pool on the terrace (4th floor) as well as the bar, tables, 2 lounge chairs and a small room with a wonderful view.

Excellent stay. Large, beautiful with lots of space and natural light, lots of linens and the water cooler was a nice touch! A few things to note for future travellers: a rooster lives right outside and will wake you up every morning quite early. The pool is not private and we had to leave the roof area a few times due to loud children of other guests. The wifi only worked in the living room. There is an extremely steep hill outside but we just took Ubers everywhere to alleviate this. View is unmatched, absolutely beautiful! Big shout out to Roberto for helping us out and being an extremely responsible host. We will be back!

The Internet was intermittent and the tv buffered a lot. The place was very clean. The only negative is the rough steep hill getting to the apartment. Not suitable for older people unless they are in great physical shape!

Great location and close walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, bars and beach. Romantic Zone is the next neighborhood over and a nice walk or short/cheap uber (more hip/active area).Felt like we were on the edge of everything we wanted without being in the middle of everything. The rooms were nice and quiet (didn't hear our kids in the other rooms of the apartment upstairs or when people came in the front entrance).Very instructions for getting there from airport and access to building and apartment. Host was very quick to answer any questions we had.

The property was very nice and staff were very helpful. The rooftop patio was awesome although shared with other guests. The climb to the property is not for anyone with mobility issues but location is not too far from all of the action. We happened to arrive there a few days before the chaos of the drug cartel burning cars and property. We had to shelter in place for a couple of days and the host made sure that we had everything we needed. He sent his staff out to get food to feed us that first night that we couldn’t go out and even had them cook it for us up on the rooftop patio. What was a stressful situation for everyone would have been a lot worse if Roberto had not been looking out for us. He was easy to contact for any little problem that arose and was very accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay there again should we return to Puerto Vallarta.

Fantastic

Place is big enough for 8. They have 4 bedrooms (even if you see only 3 bedrooms with pics). All bedrooms are big enough and clean. Just one warning, don’t leave patio door open because PV has mosquitoes :) staff is very helpful, location is great and roof top is spectacular. Rare finding for this money and location. I would stay here again.

Family vacation

The location is excellent because it is short walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. The streets are rough as they are made of rock and it’s walking up a heel but that was not an issue. The Uber is cheap if you decide to take one instead. The apartment was clean and big with TV in each room. The terrace over looking the ocean was awesome. You can watch the pirate boat fireworks and other activities. If you need services, the host immediately response. I would highly recommend.

Our suite was perfect for 8 people. The rooftop area had a beautiful view of Banderas Bay. The pool was warm and there was plenty of seating. The cobblestone roads are difficult to navigate for anyone with mobility issues. The roosters are loud and I recommend ear plugs. Our contact person was excellent and provided us with all we needed. There was not enough cooking equipment - only one fry pan and a couple of small pots. Not adequate for cooking for 8 people. However, all the small appliances were great with a top of the line fridge. We loved our stay and hope to come back!!
