This amazing Villa has 3 bedrooms, each with full bathrooms. There are service quarters with 2 beds and a full bathroom as well. The villa comfortably sleeps 8. The Villa has been re-modeled with marble floors and a gourmet kitchen. The Villa has every appliance and amenity imaginable.

Bay View Grand is a seaside paradise of incredible beauty with Italian classic architectural style. Bay View Grand encompasses 20 acres of beachfront property within the Marina Vallarta. Its extraordinary design and architecture as well as the Banderas Bay beauty make the perfect combination: the charm of Mexican tradition and the comfort of luxury living.

Bay View Grand offers many amenities:
GYM: The most up to date exercise equipment.
TENNIS COURTS: Bay View Grand offers two open-air professional tennis courts (do not forget your racquets!).
BUSINESS CENTER: There is an air-conditioned business center with fully loaded computers with Internet access, printing, and faxing services.

Great place

Didn’t spend much time there, but we did have a great sleep love the sound of the ocean. Didn’t realize it had a staircase. Good thing I didn’t bring the old folks they never would’ve made it.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect for our group of friends and coworkers who were in town for a friend’s wedding. Communication with the manager was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. The place was very clean and well-maintained.The kitchen area was great—spacious and well-equipped, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. I also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer during our stay, and it was a nice touch that laundry soap was provided.We had easy access to the pool, which was a great bonus, and we also used the gym almost every day without any issues. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Paradise

This place was incredible. It has it all, location, amenities, beauty and accessibility. It’s on the first floor. You get shade all day in the patio area. The pool is a few steps away from patio. It had everything my family needed. We had three kids ages 2-9 and they absolutely loved it. Enough space to spread out. The facility takes a lot of pride in the appearance. Pool area was super clean, pool was immaculate and all the pool furniture was spotless. I wish I could have stayed longer. The restaurant on site was amazing. Great food and service. Breakfast was awesome. Definitely will look to stay here again for future vacations. Thank you to our host and her associate.

Excellent stay! Far exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful to walk out directly onto the pool area and be steps away from the beach. I loved sleeping with the bedroom door open and listening to the waves crashing. Snack bar has reasonable prices and the area is family friendly. It was overall a peaceful and relaxing experience. Host was pleasant and responsive.

Beautiful and Right on the Beach!

This vacation rental exceeded our expectations. Clean, beautiful, and you step right out the first floor door into the pool area, just steps away from the beach. Walking distance to some shops. Steps might be a little difficult for elderly folks as all bedrooms are upstairs. Very friendly staff. We would definitely stay again.

Our third time staying at this villa. Beautiful time spent with our four children. Clean, quiet, spacious. 7 pools located on first floor right in front of beach! We can see the kids play and swim from our bedroom! 5 minute drive to the airport! Grocery stores nearby. Delicious food at the pool delivered to your patio! A few things we did: Thursday night market shopping, Marriott brunch near by, food tour, crepes next door, private dolphin swim in aquarium, jet skiing, catamaran sail, Rhythm of the night acrobatic light show, turtle release on the beach and more!

Perfect Beachfront Villa

Property was great. It was our second time in the unit and I am sure we will return again. Ground floor access to the pool and beach. Great views. Great air conditioning. Minimal contact with others which was important. Very comfortable for 6 adults and an infant. Was a fantastic vacation!

Good Location.

Aaron’s place is pretty much as he described it on the listing and very close to everything and plenty of space for our group of 6. I love being downstairs and so close to the pools. I am a gym junkie and was very pleased with the gym. Aaron was very quick to answer questions and or send someone to take care of anything we needed. I liked dealing with him and would probably stay again at this place. We did have a couple of issues that I wish had been brought to our attention at the time of arrival. We went over the allowed electricity and was asked to pay the day we checked out. It is in the contract but I guess we were neglecte to not have asked or been more careful to not use the AC as much. It was very hot and I don’t think we could have been confortable using the AC any less. I would recommend turning it off when you leave but other than that in the month of July it would be almost impossible to stay within the allowed electricity. He was very kind to reduce our bill and I am grateful for that. My other issue was that the doors to the balcony were broken and the housekeeper said, no one had come to repair them so we were not able to enjoy the amazing view from the master bedroom. We liked and enjoyed everything else and would definitely stay there again. Thank you again Aaron.

Perfect location and accommodations! Highly recommend!

I have only wonderful things to say about this beautiful villa and would highly recommend it for groups of all sizes. First, the location: conveniently located only five minutes from the airport, the villa is in a secure complex where I felt completely safe. The villa is also walking distance to "the Marina" area, where you can find fantastic bars and restaurants. The amenities: fully-equipped gym on the property, tennis courts, lovely pools- including one for the babies, and you can walk directly out from the ground floor living room onto a lovely patio that leads to the pool area, and the quiet, pristine beach just beyond it. The pool area felt like our own exclusive space, although we did strike up a conversation with one couple who were staying in a different VRBO on the same property who were envying our villa for it's superb location and furnishings. The space: lovely. Excellent kitchen and living room area for cooking, making margaritas, and entertaining. The beds were comfortable and everything worked perfectly- coffee pot, A.C., televisions, dishwasher. Especially appreciated the master bathroom, with it's shower, jacuzzi tub, his & hers sinks, and excellent closet space. It was easy to feel at home and truly relaxed. Puerta Vallarta itself was wonderful and I definitely hope to return. The center of town is crammed full of authentic Mexican restaurants, while the Marina and the Malecon areas were lively and charming. A short bus ride away is Sayulita, a trendy, laid-back surf town where you can soak up the beach bum vibes. Truly, something for everyone! My only regret is that I didn't have more time.

Incredible Relaxing Vacation Villa

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful our experience staying at this beautiful villa was. It is mere steps away from the pool and ocean. It has three gigantic infinity pools all looking directly out onto the ocean. The landscaping on the property is impeccable. We woke up every morning and made fresh mexican egg tostadas and coffee and ate them while sitting on the beautiful patio overlooking the serene pool and ocean. The villa itself has every amenity one could ever wish for - air conditioning, a grill (perfect for cooking the local specialty - fresh seafood!), a master suite with two balconies and a jacuzzi tub, three full bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, enormous chef's kitchen, numerous other sleeping areas, tennis courts, etc. If you are looking for a family vacation, getaway with friends, romantic trip, or simply a relaxing destination, this villa will be perfect for you. Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way!

The Villa was beautiful and spacious for our 6 person family. Perfectly situated in front of the kiddy pool and a ball throw away from the ocean. Having four kids ages 5-9, we were able to let them be free at the pool and see them from the Villa. We slept really well with motorized storm shutters to block out 100% of light and sound. Loved the tennis courts on site! Fernando was quick to respond to any requests, including adding a cleaning lady to the middle of our 8 day stay. We would love to return again!

Breezy Villa at Bay View Grand

Absolutely beautiful villa with marble floors and elegant lighting. The kitchen is large enough to host a party and cook for a group. Great circulation from the sliding doors that lead out to a patio with a bbq and chairs for a relaxing morning coffee or margarita sunset. The beach is just past the infinity pool (50 ft.) and during June it was almost empty. We had the place to ourselves. The bedrooms are very well ventilated (as is the whole villa) with room specific air conditioning and sliding doors on both levels that lead open up to views of the water. The golf course is right down the street as well as the Marina restaurants and shops. If you want to grab food, watch a game, or head up to El Faro, everything is a 50 pesos cab ride from your door. No problems getting around at all. There's a big supermarket just down the street and they have pretty much everything you would expect from an American grocery store. It's strange, but my favorite part of the villa was the staircase. Each marble step has its own soft lighting along the wall. It's really romantic and elegant. Nice touch guys. Overall, the villa provided a perfect weeklong getaway for us. We loved every minute.

Puerto Vallarta paradise

This is an amazing location in Puerto Vallarta to spend a vacation. The property is impeccable and it has all modern amenities including an air conditioned gym and tennis courts. Walk right outside to an infinity pool, and a few feet beyond that the beach. The view from the balcony puts an instant smile on your face when you wake up in the morning. Spend your time relaxing or head out to the marina or golf course, all within a few minutes walking distance. This is a perfectly safe area and jumping off point for any adventure you would like to have in PV. Staying here will compel you to make PV an annual vacation.

Perfect getaway!

My wife and I stayed here and it was paradise! Phenomenal landscape, pools, and beach. The condo has some great modern touches and has the perfect view from the balcony. Look no further.... Chris

tropical getaway in P.V.

I was here with a few friends (some from work and some not). The place was large enough we all had plenty of privacy and space. The house is clean and functional, though most of the time we were outside on the back patio area or by the pool or ocean. Place was modern and clean, bathrooms were top-notch, and beds were comfy. It is very convenient to the airport and downtown Puerto Vallarta, so we had plenty of trips out to restaurants and for day-walks around town. Always had a fun time and it was quite safe. One night there was a fantastic tropical storm that lit up the sky, so bring your camera, definitely. I would go back here, of course, and hopefully this fall.
