Renovated cottage with lots of room for fun outdoor BBQ, happy times around the heated pool, stroll around the quaint neighborhood with complimentary bikes.

5 min from Siesta Key beach & walking distance to Gulf Gate's best restaurants & shopping. Minutes to St Armands, Marina Jack & the Ringling Musueum.

3 bedrooms offering 2 large king size beds, & 1 queen size with 2 work stations with desk & chair allowing you to play & work at the same time. Amazing Wi-Fi connectivity. Fully equipped!

Each bedrooms offer a flat screen TV with Internet connectivity to stream all your favorite shows. Connect to your favorite streaming account & you can chill. Each bedrooms offer a quality fan with a remote.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, a large desk and comfy work chair. Plenty of storage, an en-suite bathroom and a walking closet with custom cabinets.

A park and play is available for infants and new born.

A second master bedroom is available with a king size bed, a working desk, a chair and a large closet.

The third bedroom offers a Queen size bed with a large closet.

The entire house is available for you to use.

Gulf Gate is a quaint neighborhood near Siesta Key in South Sarasota. It is an amazingly walk friendly neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping.

Driving is easy turn East or West on Clark and you are within minutes to the best dining and shopping the city has to offer. You are 15 min to Downtown Sarasota by car, and 5 min to Siesta Key. Bicycles are available for your convenience to use once the equipment waiver have been signed and completed. Helmets must be worn at all times. Tire inflator pump is located in the shed with the bikes.

The pool heating is a supplement and can be request upon booking at $50 per week.

Pet friendly bring the whole family to Siesta Key. Pet fee is $150.

The house was basic, clean, and cozy. We had fun using the pool. We enjoyed eating our meals at the outside table. It was overall a great vacation!

Cozy in Siesta Key

The house was great, cozy but roomy and very clean. Kitchen was stocked with basic amenities and heated pool was great since we vacation in December! The neighborhood is nice and quiet with cute older homes. It is close to downtown for shopping, restaurants, etc and close to excellent walking trails for our pup with a dog friendly marina right in Sarasota

Vacation

The house is beautiful so is the area. The only complaint I have wish the pool had a hand rail to get in and out of pool. Very nice owners. Easy to get a hold of if you have question about the rental.

Fine, basic rental

Marc was a responsive owner. This house had the basic necessities. It was fine. Community is older and not well upkept overall. For the rental fees this year it sufficed. Moving forward, this property needs attention especially on the outside.

Thank you Robin. We are happy you enjoyed our home. We are not part of a gated community therefore we cannot control the appeal of other homes in our area. Gulf gate is considered a quaint and one of the original neighborhood of Sarasota near Siest key. Obviously at $200/night you are not getting Siesta Key or the Oaks Privilege. I don’t think we ever had a guest expect an ultra luxury experience at our price point. Thank you.

Siesta Key Cottage

We spent the month of March at this home in Sarasota. The location of this house is perfect for travel to the many beaches in the area. It is located on a quiet street surrounded by quiet neighbours. The house was more cottage style and met all of our needs for this vacation. A full length mirror somewhere in the house would have been handy.Our disappointment was with the backyard. It is tired looking and in need of some TLC. Mould all over the white side fence. Rodents living in the shed where bikes are stored, clarity of the pool was an ongoing challenge. Marc the property manager was very much on top of the pool problems. He was also quick to keep us informed of any service people coming to the house. Many conveniences located close to the house such as farmers market, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.We enjoyed our stay at this home.

We have addressed the pool clarity due to a poor weather condition and the pest issue in the shed has been taken care with our Pest Contril. Florida is home to many little creatures and they love to find a home in the bike shed which thankfully is in our backyard far away from the home. Hope to see you soon again.

Sarasota Home

Location is excellent, close to Siesta Key Beach and pretty much anything you need. Home is clean with the exception of the living room rug, which needs to be replaced. The Kitchen is well stocked! The AC worked well! no complaints on inside of house. The back patio and swimming Pool need some serious loving care. Pool has a dark bottom so hard to see thru water. Chlorine level was low and bottom of Pool was slimy! Pool boy came 2 days before our departure but obviously did nothing but place chlorine tablet in floater. WE are familiar with pools since we have one at home. We only spent 15 mins in pool due to this. Fence in Back desperately needs to be pressure washed! Other than these two things the stay was great!

Hi Renee, thank you for your feedback. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Why did you not mention anything to us regarding the pool condition while you were there during your stay? We would have reached out to our pool guy and made sure everything was up to your standard inmediately. The backyard is getting new plant and rocks updates this May as a lot of the previous plants died during the last hurricane season and we could not replant until now. We hope to host you soon again.
