This is our second tine to stay at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready for us to gix Thanksgiving dinner. The house has plenty of space for all of us.

We had a great experience staying here. The house was really clean and organized well with soo many thoughtful extras by the host. The hot tub was great and clean. We all enjoyed the massage chair after full days of a lot of walking and hiking! The host was great a communicating and really kind! We would definitely stay here again!

The host was accommodating to our family and responsive from the start! House was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities plus some! Couldn’t have picked a better place for the family to enjoy our time in CO springs!

Unexpected Surprise

After our first reservation was cancelled, we found this perfect house on short notice. All 3 couples had their own bedroom and we all enjoyed the living space and small backyard.

Excellent family vacation

The hosts were wonderful; arrived at check in to show us around, provide helpful tips about the property and local places to visit. The house was amazing, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The property was also stocked with everything we needed! Would highly recommend and will stay again when we are back in the area!

Beautiful, clean property!

We had a wonderful time in Colorado Springs. The property was super clean with high end finishes. We had 6 adults and we were very comfortable during our stay. The hosts made sure the property was well stocked with everything you’ll need like towels, linens, kitchen equipment, and some bathroom items in case you forgot. We really appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you so much and we will definitely stay again if we visit the area.

Colorado Springs!

My mom, her cousin and I booked this property for our visit to Colorado Springs to visit family, see their grandparents farm, and do some exploring. This property did not disappoint! The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. It has a very well equipped kitchen, and all of the amenities you would need. The super comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Susan was super helpful in getting us checked in and settled. The location is perfectly situated close to grocery shopping, restaurants, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and other recreational activities. I highly recommend this property, and am planning to make a return visit in the spring.

Comfortable and Enjoyable Work Trip/Lodging

I travel quarterly to Colorado Springs for work to visit with my teams and meet with our customers. My coworkers and I usually end up staying at hotels for several nights on these trips. This time, we were holding a chili cookoff with our team so needed a place with a kitchen to store and cook the food prior to the event so we rented this beautiful three-story home, and it worked out perfectly. In fact, I will likely stay here on return visits because of the convenience of the location and the benefits provided with the home. Quite neighborhood. There is a nice office downstairs where you can quietly work right as you enter the home while all the living and sleeping areas are on the 2nd and 3rd level. The kitchen and living areas were nice and we used them frequently. The owners provide all the necessities and then some in terms of pots/pans/cutlery/cutting boards/toaster/crock pot/knives/etc. There were plenty of spices in the cupboard as well that I assume previous residents left behind. There were plenty of trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, etc. Bottom line is we had everything we needed and had to make very few store runs to get additional items. Only issue we had was with the door lock on the front door which had us locked out for a couple hours. The hosts were communicative and were able to give us another code to get in once I figured out how to get the lock out of safe mode. Beautiful place and enjoyable visit!
