The Space:

Main Level Bedroom 1: Your master suite sanctuary! Relax on the luxurious king bed and refresh in the private ensuite bathroom.

Basement Bedroom 2: A cozy retreat featuring a queen bed and a vibrant blue accent wall – perfect for a restful night.

Basement Bedroom 3: Kids (or the young-at-heart) will love this space! A bunk bed (queen bottom, twin top) and fun wallpaper set the stage for a good time, plus there’s a Smart 4K Roku TV for downtime.

🔑 Enjoy private access to the entire unit. The unit is one-half of a duplex (2 units on the property). The other is Rockies Rainbow Road and is also available to book.

🔑 Rockies Rainbow Road is one unit of a Duplex. The other unit is also a rental (Rockies Rainbow Road) and can be booked too if you have a large group and need double the space! (6 total bedrooms)



📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🛁 Shared Hot Tub: Please note that the hot tub is shared between guests of both units. We kindly ask everyone to respect each other's time and space while using this amenity.
