Large and spacious Loft in the exciting Downtown's Gulch neighborhood. You are steps away from the city's best and hippest bars, restaurants, and night spots! Fun Nashville design, wide open loft space, huge windows for tons of natural light. Three extremely comfortable hotel quality beds, including a king bed in the master, queen bed in second bedroom, and an extremely comfortable pull out sofa--not your average sofa bed; it's very high quality designed for comfort! Our property is perfectly situated for guests who want the best of both worlds — a quiet, comfortable place to relax and convenient access to downtown Nashville.
We’re located just a 25-minute scenic walk to Broadway, home to Nashville’s iconic live music, nightlife, and entertainment. Many guests enjoy the stroll through the city, but if you'd prefer a quicker option, Uber and Lyft are always readily available and affordable.
Plus, we’re just a half-mile from The Gulch, one of Nashville’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. It’s known for its amazing restaurants, trendy bars, rooftop lounges, and boutique shopping — perfect for enjoying a night out or relaxing with great food and drinks.

As advertised, this is a wonderful open airy loft space. The bedrooms are loft style, meaning some walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling, as seen in the photos.
This open, airy loft design offers a spacious layout perfect for groups. The bedrooms have partial loft walls, providing plenty of visual privacy. While the design fosters an open feel, please note that sound may carry, which guests usually find doesn’t affect their overall experience.
The king bedroom has a closet. The queen bedroom does not. However, the king bedroom closet is very spacious. There is plenty of space for clothes to hang. In the queen room, there is a bar with hangers for your clothes.
The pool is seasonal. It is not open year round.
Please note that the housekeeper may be completing final preparations before your arrival. If you notice laundry in the dryer, please feel free to move it aside. Rest assured, fresh towels and linens will be available for your use during your stay.
$200 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
Parking is in a secured parking garage.
Parking garage clearance info - The parking garage max height is 10ft at entry but there is a area by fitness and elevator that is only 8 ft.
Enjoy the on-site pool and gym during your stay! The pool is open seasonally from 9 AM to 11 PM. The gym is currently available 24 hours a day, though hours may be updated as needed, and we will communicate any changes. Please note, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the gym.
