Have you ever walked into your booked home and it was dirty, not the way it looked in the pictures and it smelled like a high school football locker room? I cant tell you how many times I have had a similar experience and that's why I started being a host. I believe in creating a clean, comfortable and accommodating space for my guests because that is what I expect when I book a property. Clean, comfortable and great service in a comfortable home!

Another Great Stay

This was our 4th time staying at this property and we keep coming back for several reasons. Besides being very clean, spacious and conveniently located, Ian is an excellent communicator and the home is quite cozy and relaxing. It truly feels like our home away from home! Thank you! Thanks again for another wonderful stay! Your home is well stocked, clean, cozy and in a nice neighborhood especially for Trick or Treating with family. It’s conveniently located for our daily outings and a great place to hang out on a rainy day. We’ll definitely be going back!

Comfortable and clean stay!

We visited Grants Pass to take the Hellgate Jet Boat dinner excursion. We arrived late as it was a 4 hour drive from our house and the check in was a breeze. The house was cozy, comfortable and within a quick drive to the Hellgate jet boat office.

Wonderful home

The home was nice , could’ve. Used some dish towels to clean up kitchen counter , Location was close to family that lives in Grants Pass , but too noisy at night .

Lovely Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Grants Pass and your home was such a relaxing place to call “home” while there. It was clean, spacious and in a lovely neighborhood. We really enjoyed our daily walks in the neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again and next time we might invite more family to join us. There’s plenty of room. Clean, comfortable and kid friendly

We had such a wonderful stay here in Grants Pass. The home was easy to find, clean to perfection and had so many extra amenities that we were not expecting. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The neighborhood was also very quiet and peaceful. We definitely will stay here again if we return to the area!

All Good

Convenient for visiting family in assisted care facility a little over a mile away, I don’t drive, but it was a 20 minute straight shot walk, and just a little further for groceries and restaurants. It all worked out great. Amenities thoughtful and organization of everything very clear. Thanks to the manager and the cleaning crew, all good!

Comfortable and Spacious

This home was perfect for our stay in Grants Pass. It is clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms. It was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. Our host contacted us before, during and after our visit. He was very attentive, which we appreciated. We would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful experience!

We had a fabulous stay. The property was clean, charming and comfortable! Truly one of the best appointed and most welcoming properties we have rented. We enjoyed the fireplace, the outdoor space and shared fun times around the spacious dining table. Will stay again amd will recommend!

I enjoy snowboarding, wake boarding, going to the movies, exercising, reading books and being the best father that I can be every day.

This property caught my eye because of its location. It is so close to all sorts of amenities such as several grocery stores, gas stations, several restaurants, a movie theater, the hospital, the fairgrounds and several shopping plaza's with different businesses in each. The home is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood in a culd a sac which is perfect for privacy and lots of playtime opportunities for the kids. It is nestled in a secluded area of town but still close to all the amenities that you will need during your stay. The front porch area was really appealing to me and it is the perfect sitting area to be able to enjoy an amazing sunset while overlooking the freshly manicured front yard. The backyard is also a perfect space for a family get together or for a group of friends who love to enjoy a sunny afternoon while BBQing your favorite meal. The kitchen is spacious and is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware that you will need to make your family an amazing meal while on vacation. Comfort ability, Cleanliness and accommodating is what this property offers to its guests.

The house is a single floor home. It has an open floor plan with plenty of room for up to 8 people.

➡The first room upon entering is the living room/kitchen and dining room with seating for everyone and marble counter tops.
➡As you walk through the kitchen, you will enter the hallway leading to the bedrooms and the laundry room.
➡The next room you walk by is the first bedroom with a King size 10-inch memory foam ➡The next room you will pass is the 1st bathroom which is a full bathroom.
➡The 3rd room as you walk down the hallway is the 2nd bedroom which also has a King size 10-inch memory foam bed
➡The 4th and last room at the end of the hallway is the master bedroom that also has a King size 10-inch memory foam mattress. The master has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet.
