Amazing location with ability to walk to all the historic downtown restaurants and Saturday Farmer’s Market. Beautiful new property exactly as advertised. We lived the hot tub in the chill early morning and at night before bed. Well stocked kitchen even if we didn’t use it. Host was very responsive. Secure gated community with parking for two in the garage. Highly recommend this property!

Wife and I in town for a wedding of a friend

Wedding was in Gilbert, and this Verbo was amazing right in downtown. Gilbert gated felt very safe very clean very modern. The beds were the best Verbo beds we’ve ever had.Communication was very good with the host, and I will absolutely use this location again and again and again

Great Location, new and clean

We were very happy with the location as it is a few blocks away from historic Gilbert and the location where we had our event. The property was very comfortable, clean and well stocked.

Loved the location which was in the middle of all the fun restaurants. Parking in the garage was great and convenient. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable.

This home is very cozy! Exactly as listed. Came for business and loved how close it was to local restaurants and the office. Had an amazing stay and would absolutely stay again!

Amazing & Beautiful Townhouse

Our 5 night stay was wonderful. Beautifully furnished with great amenities. Loved the welcoming basket with s’mores makings, water bottles, and toiletries. Very nice touch. Walked every night to delicious downtown restaurants. Would highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Trip to buy oranges.

We really enjoyed this bright, clean home. The decorations were fun and colorful. This home is within easy walking distance of numerous lively places to eat. The outside patio with hot tub was a fun place to hang out. Sunrise on the patio was a delight with many different species of birds welcoming the day. We had a great time and hope to stay here again. Our host, Dean, responded to our questions quickly and professionally.

Love Gilbert!

This beautifully decorated home is right off the downtown Gilbert area. Walk to the end of the block to access great food, fun day and night life and live music. This was such a treat. Huge garage. Jacuzzi in backyard with a few sweet doves that sit on the tree and keep you company. Lovely outdoor fireplace and furniture. Home has all the amenities and supplies to move right in. Hosts were awesome too.

A Few Blocks from Downtown Gilbert

Great location, clean, nice and very comfortable beds! The property is nice and I enjoyed the hot tub that was available in the backyard. Parking in the garage was a nice bonus. There were a few minor hiccups ie: the hallway bathroom shower curtain rod had fallen down prior to my arrival. I tried putting it up twice and it would be up shortly and then fall down. I finally contacted the property manager and they sent someone over pretty quickly. In the meantime I discovered a light bulb was out in the master bedroom and there weren't any bulbs in the house, so had to contact the property manager to bring one over. I had an unexpected emergency with work and was on a Zoom call when the person who was tending to taking care of the shower curtain rod and bulb came by. The person left and by the time I went upstairs the curtain rod was down again; therefore, having to contact them again and confirm in fact the rod was down. All in all not big deals and they were very responsive; however, I really would have preferred not to have to do these things at all. The person who had to go in the house again while we were gone had asked if it was ok to enter the place while we weren't there. I appreciated the communication and the ask. The property was true to the photos and we enjoyed the stay.
