Cheerful two bedroom house with a beautiful backyard

Relax with your whole family at this peaceful place with 2 bedrooms, 1 backyard office and a wood deck. Wake up in the morning with bird chirping, watch bunnies playing in the backyard, or pick apples from the front yard apple tree. Enjoy your private and quiet vacation here!

Our place has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one backyard office with a large window, two parking spots in front of the house, ideal for family vacation or business trip. The master bedroom has the backyard access. We also have a Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother for our guests, enjoy a cup of coffee or cappuccino on the outdoor sofa or do yoga on the wood deck. You can find apple tree, crab apple tree, plum tree and magnolia tree in the front yard and back yard, feel free to pick an apple during your stay in the fall!

All the stainless steel kitchen appliances are new, including touchless range hood, slide-in range, and fridge with water filter. Washer and dryer are available in the unit.

A little gem

Our family loved the homey-ness of this well-appointed property. From the little deck in the back yard to a home filled with fresh linens, comforters, comfortable beds and couches, this cheery little spot was perfect for our family.The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals and the high end accoutrements are a delightful surprise.

Great stay, very clean.

Very clean. Looks like new appliances. Comfortable. Air conditioner was effective.I've seen references to a couple things. Some context.You are next to 2 small apartment complexes. Very quiet, no issues.Backyard is small. No big deal for us. We didn't care.We would stay here again when we return.

A great home a short distance from downtown!

We came up for a long weekend in Seattle, and this was a perfect spot close to downtown. It was very homey and cozy. We will definitely keep this place in mind on a future visit!

Mothers Day w/ Family Adventures

Every year the family enjoys our Seattle Trips, and this year we vrbo this time. This time we were all very pleased with our stay with Ms Lan. The property is stunning Inside and a very tranquil rustic back yard.First impressions was wow when we walked into the house.Which our Kitty’s enjoyed so dearly. The commute to down town, Woodland Zoo, and restaurants either 30mins or less.We even enjoyed late night walks around the neighborhood was pleasing with no concerns.The surrounding apartments did not take away from our cheerful two bedroom house.We must say we give our stay 5 stars and two thumbs up.We look forward to next years visit :))

Annual Friendsgiving

The house was clean and well-appointed. The kitchen was fantastic and had very nearly everything I needed to finish up my apple pie and baked mac and cheese for Thanksgiving at my best friend's. The bathtub was wonderful, I especially enjoyed the heated toilet seat with washlet. All in all a great property exactly as advertised with a very responsive and accommodating host.

Needs improvements

While overall the place was fairly clean, there is a lot of clutter in random places (clothes in closet in main bedroom that were dusty, boxes in the closet in the other bedroom, a few weird junk drawers in kitchen, and leftover toiletries from other guests in the bathroom). All the beds were uncomfortable so we didn’t get good sleep. It’s also down an alley next to apartments where there is heavy foot traffic—you need to keep the blinds drawn to not feel like you’re in a fish bowl. The backyard needed a good raking and the yoga shed out back had a busted handle. The host was nice, but we felt it was misrepresented and could be tidied up.

Relaxing and quiet, close to hospital!

My husband and daughter and I needed a place to stay while my daughter recovered from eye surgery. I asked Lan if this would be a quiet place she could rest while recovering. Lan got back to me right away and I booked in the next hour. So glad we did, it was the perfect place for her recovery, she could rest, and relax and at night when she was sleeping, my husband and I could unwind in the nice living space! The place itself is updated and feels very comfortable and roomy. Beds were also quite comfortable. Thanks Lan for making a very stressful trip as relaxing as it could be.

Beautiful clean quiet house

The place is spacious and very nice. All new appliances. I like the cleanliness. Usually I see stains on the furnitures but the sofas have clean cover. Clean comfortable beds. The laundry room is a great bonus. The place has everything we needed for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood. 2 parking spots outdoor which is very convenient. The host is super nice and very accommodating. Communication was quick and easy. Highly recommended. We would come back if we come to Seattle again. Thank you for your wonderful host.

Inquire about backyard

We wanted to book this rental for a small bridal shower celebration in the backyard and had initially great communication with the host. We clarified with the host if it was ok to do so in which she was very welcoming to the idea. When the weekend came, the backyard was unmaintained and heavily overgrown with grass over a foot tall. We tried to message the host after we had checked in about it but the host did not get back to us until the next day as the shower was about to start which was disappointing. We ended up mowing the lawn ourselves the previous day with a manual push mower we found in the backyard. Aside from that, the place was clean inside, had basic amenities, and double parking which is rare in seattle.

Cute place, not so great location and yard

I am local to the area and stayed here while my home was undergoing some work. The inside was very clean and really cute, it had all of the needed amenities, was well equipped, and had been nicely renovated. Unfortunately, the specific location of this property and the state of the yard made this experience more like a three star when it could’ve been a five star. This house is directly alongside apartment complexes and there is no privacy whatsoever. We had to keep the shades drawn in every room because we didn’t feel comfortable with how many people were walking right alongside our windows due to the fact that the apartment’s laundry facility is right outside of the kitchen door. The yard is not well kept. We booked this weeks in advance and it didn’t seem like the host had been in the yard since then. We brought a dog and the yard was really important to us, which the host was aware of. There were a ton of leaves that could’ve been blown out, the outdoor couch cushions were scattered along the other side of the fence. But the worst part was that on our first day, my dog discovered a huge dead possum right next to the deck in the yard. It was disturbing and we had to clean it up. When we moved it, we discovered a bunch of maggots underneath it. When I told the host she apologized and suggested we take a piece of plywood from behind the outdoor office, which was buried behind stuff. It made us nervous to let our dog use the yard after that.

Nice property with a lot of nice to have items included. It seems like the property owner thought of everything we might need. Kitchen was furnished well and enjoyed the nespresso machine every morning. The backyard did have potential but i think it needed some attention. That was the only part of the property that didn’t meet the description. Overall a lovely place!
