On arrival unable to put car in garage. Designed for a small car only. The heat in this townhome was unbearable. The west facing windows did not allow for airflow. Single box fan for entire unit. Th dirty and stained couch which was uncomfortable and not suitable for a family to watch TV or sleep on. They failed to mention that they have major construction across the street which impacts parking. A 30 minute walk to light rail. I addressed these issues with owner and he did not respond.
