We are located 2 miles east of the Lazy E. We have a barn loft apartment above the indoor arena for rent and the option of adding on stall rentals for an additional cost. This is the perfect place for cowboys or cowgirls participating in rodeos at the Lazy E. This is a working barn that sits on a working Ranch. This property is not handicap accessible!

Fantastic place to stay near the lazy E. 4 min drive, With stalls if needed if you want to haul in and out. Small barn Apmt. Super clean and bathroom is very very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Great place to stay

Booked this place for a local event and it was a clean room / loft above an arena. Good relaxing place with no fuss of the city. Thanks for the stay! Looking forward to booking again next year when I’m back in the area.

We will def stay here every trip to Lazy E. It was the best experience ever. Convenient and clean. Great accommodations for both us and our horses. Excellent place for anyone visiting that area with horses. A+++++

Great apartment

The space is an open concept studio apartment that is spacious and clean! We were minutes from Lazy E, stalled our horses and enjoyed the beautiful grounds! Host is amazing and very responsive! We will be back!!

The hospitality was great from the property manager and the staff. Being able to keep my horses there as well was a bonus! The loft was clean, well kept and comfortable as well as the stalls my horses stayed in! Will be a repeat visitor!

The room smelled like there was a sewage leak and they tried to cover it with carpet cleaner. Arrived 10pm too late to find other accommodations. Left before 8am…Went to a hotel for the next night.

Hi! Unfortunately there was no sewer leak you were staying in a loft above a working barn. Unfortunately horses sometimes use the bathroom in there stalls. The people who checked in the same day you checked out had no issues. The people who checked out the same day you checked in also had no issues! I would advise you read the details of the properties before you book next time!

Absolutely love this place!

As always, this place never disappoints! Can't say enough great things about our stay here. The only thing is the heat/ac unit in the room is right above the bed and kind of loud. It woke me up several times through out the night kicking on or off. Outside of that, this place is absolutely amazing

We were visiting the Lazy E. The place was less than 5 minutes. Very convenient. She had complimentary snacks and drinks available. Easy access with large rigs and livestock. Will definitely stay in this simple cute place again.

For just me attending an Event at Lazy E, it fit the bill. I have a farm, so i enjoyed seeing the barn cats, cattle and horses. I used the microwave for tea. Full sized fridge, comfortable AC options, safe, secure, quiet. Clean linens and towels and enough hot water. Could probably use plastic shields ocer over head lighting. Usb and usc outles appreciayed, slept well. Ill really miss the barn cats

Great horse place to stay

Great place to stay while I was competing at Lazy E, owner was prompt to respond and very nice horse property. I will stay again and definitely bring my horse also to get away from the hustle and bustle. The wall air conditioner was a little loud but I just turnedowners had already provided and I was very comfortable. Nice Place but very hot in summer

The property os beautiful. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is great, but....in mid July the one a/c unit and 2 fans can't keep up during the day. It gets very hot in there. We got up early and came in late just so we could stay cool enough to sleep.

Hi Blake, I appreciate your review and I apologize in 2 years we’ve never had this issue. We did have the AC serviced and cleaned and added an additional unit to make sure it’s nice and cold. I hope you’ll give us another chance if your back in the area again!

Perfect place for horse events at the Lazy E

Stayed here with me and a horse for an event. The room is spacious and had everything I needed. The stall my horse had was safe, clean and convenient. It was especially nice to be able to use the wash rack and turnout. Conveniently right down the road to the Lazy E and so nice to relax away from the event center. I’ll happily return next year. Much appreciated.
