This is one of my favorite properties, it is on the 34th floor in the amazing Legends Private Residence tower. It is the most unique building in Edmonton since it sites on top of the Marriott Hotel and right across from Roger's Place. It is a true downtown living experience with all the amenities of a hotel but with the comfort of home.

Some unique amenities of being a Legnends residence includes access to the world renowned Archetype GymA; which has weight equipment cycling room and group classes. There is a spa services provided by J.W. Marriott, with pool, hot tube and sauna. Restaurants and eateries is just a elevator ride away including- Braven Steakhouse and Kindred casual eatery. Roger's place and Loblaws City Market grocery store is are accessible through a pedway.
