My peaceful 2-bedroom lake front condo located on the Grand Glaize Arm with a front row view of the State Park has everything you need for your OSAGE BEACH trip. The unit comes with a boat slip/lift and a convenient boat ramp to put your boat in and out as well as a secure storage lot for your trailer during your stay at no additional cost. During your stay, you can also enjoy using our two pools and two playgrounds. One of the pools is just steps from your door. All the amenities you need are available for you and your family/friends to enjoy your time in the beautiful Ozarks. Our Condo is within driving or boating distance to all the popular restaurants, bars, and parks. An ideal base for your Lake experience.

Sliding door on deck and all windows must remain closed when heating/ cooling system is in operation to prevent system lock up
Absolutely no trash may be left outside the unit at any time. This is unsightly and we have many racoons/chipmunks that will tear the bags open.
The parking pass that you are provided must be placed in your vehicle immediately upon arrival to prevent possible tow.

This two bedroom condo was perfect for our family of four. We had a great week at the Lake. There was a minor issue with the fridge, but the property owners took care of it without issue. The location of the boat ramp and our boat slip was perfect as well.

We had a wonderful time, The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was clean, and communication was great. We especially liked the boat lift option and boat ramp and trailer parking right on sight. The location was perfect as well, right on the lake in a no wake cove not far from grocery stores and all the sights Lake of Ozarks have to offer.

Lovely property.

Wonderful time. Only complaint would be parking lot lack of lighting. My sister fell because of not being able to see step. Otherwise, beautiful.

Lake reunion

The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was divine with a beautiful lake view. The beds were very comfortable. The community is located close to everything. We had a wonderful time with family and will definitely return in the future.

I absolutely adore this condo and my go to when traveling to the Ozarks. Very clean. Amazing communication and very welcoming. This time we took our elder in-laws and they loved the view from the covered deck. We watched the basebal game with a cold drink and all were happy and relaxed. Highly recommend. A+

Great place to stay for our weekend away.

We just needed a place to stay while in town for the weekend and didn’t want a hotel. We had a busy weekend, full of activities, but wanted a nice quiet, clean place to lay our heads at night. This property was perfect for our family. Neighbors and property staff were super friendly. Everything was provided in the unit and you could tell thought was given to what we might need during our stay. We will definitely stay again.

Great Place!

This place is great! Perfect for our large family. Our 2 year old loved the balcony and we were at ease letting her be out there with the screen that is also up and the railing. Condo was very nice and roomy and stocked well!

Cooler weather than we wanted!

The weather didn’t really cooperate as far as temps but a few days. Being boaters we wanted the hot August heat LOL! Glad we had a nice place to stay and the screened in porch made for much time hanging out with family! The location was great and the boat with lift was just a bonus! We def recommend this condo and will def try and stay here again! A+ and they had about anything you could need, you just bring clothes!!!
