Beautiful, quiet, 1st floor, end-unit, condo in small (43 unit) complex that overlooks a lake in the Palma Sola neighborhood. Everything you need to start relaxing is at your fingertips. All you need bring are your personal effects and you're set. Great location within 10 minutes of the beaches of Anna Marie Island (towels, chairs, cooler in unit) and just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Beautiful fully enclosed lanai overlooks the lake, that serves as a bird sanctuary, or open the doors and step outside to enjoy the sun on your own patio. Smart TV's in living room and owners suite and high speed internet are great for when you just want to stay in and chill. The condo association's private pool is steps from your door. The pool is heated for those colder months and chilled in the summer heat. Just steps from the pool you can play tennis or try your hand at pickleball (paddles in unit).

We are Mike and Cindy Roth. We're both native Cincinnatians who are now retired and love to travel. All 5 of our kids' and families live in Cincinnati so we're not quite ready to do a full snowbird tour in Florida. We also want to travel a little more and had made some trip commitments for the next several years so we have the ability to share our condo so others can enjoy Florida. Family is our priority now since the grands are young. We love having sleep overs with them, watching all their sports and school activities, and spending as much time with them as we can. We know this will all change faster than they want as they grow up.
We also have a home on Norris Lake in TN. It's close enough to drive and the kids and grands join us there in the summer months when their schedules are a bit freer. We enjoy meeting new people, playing pickleball and euchre (cards), and hanging out with friends. We truly feel very blessed.

We had stayed in this condo when the previous owner rented it out and feel blessed we were able to purchase it for our own use and the enjoyment of others. For the next several years we have commitments with our growing family so we hope others can enjoy this paradise when we can't be there.

We truly want to be great hosts. This is the only property we own that we rent out. This is a beautiful, relaxing community. It feels very secluded but is so conveniently located to almost anything your heart desires.
