Perfect for one or two adults on vacation. 5 miles to Anna Maria Island beaches. 1/2 mile to shopping and local restaurants. Walking distance to Palma Sola Bays. Quiet area with a large backyard that abates acres of natural Florida woods. Fruit trees, Butterfly & Hummingbird garden. Includes gorgeous private screened pool. Steps to the inground pool. The suite & pool is private for ( 2) reservation adult guests only.
The Suite is a sunny bright large 32 x 12 suite with Blue black-out draperies, a Queen size bed, living room, twin reclining loveseats, a small non-cooking Kitchenette & your full private bathroom with linen closet, bath, beach towels, and toiletries. TV streaming with Alexa Fire Stick. Prime, Disney+ Hulu, local news, and weather. Private parking on the property for reservation guests with lighted entry to your private entrance. Convenient (5 -10 minutes) to Anna Maria Island Gulf beaches. Rod & Reel Pier with the restaurant on top of the water & Mote Marine Educational Center, Convention Center, IMG Academy, 600+ acre Robinson Preserve, rentals nearby for Kayaking and water horseback riding. De Soto Park, Theatres, Arts, Farmers Markets, LeCom Pirates Baseball Stadium, Hospitals, GT Bray Park, Pickleball, downtown Bradenton Riverwalk, Jazz Music Festival, Golfing, Fishing, Sunset Boat Tours, Cortez Fishing Festival, Vast Restaurants on & off Anna Maria Island, most restaurants are within 1-10 miles.
The suite is not set up for cooking meals. The KITCHENETTE is set up for light pre-pared meals/microwavable meals sandwiches, and salads, No cooking inside or outside. No cooking or cooking appliances are allowed. There are vast restaurants on Anna Maria Island and close by locally. Due to insurance & code regulations No visitors on the property, Registered Guests Only.
No children under 14 years of age due to code, pool safety, and code occupancy limits of 2 registered guests.
The pool is private for our registered guests only during their stay here. The pool is not heated.

NON-SMOKING PROPERTY--NO SMOKERS-NO VAPERS-NO COOKING. Guest(s) in violation of these rules will be exited & charged a minimum extra fee of $ 2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars) to remove Cigarette/Vaping or Cooking Odors by Pro Clean of Tampa Bay a professional odor-stain removal cleaning company.
Check-In 4 PM- 8 PM, Late arrivals are not allowed unless arriving from outside the USA and Hosts is notified when booking.

Barbara was wonderful to us. We came from Michigan for the week and the weather did not comply but she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could want or need. And because of her we were able to make the absolute best of our week. We like to travel all over Florida and to different areas, this was our first time in Bradenton but will not be our last and we will definitely be staying here again.

Close to Anna Maria Island. Very nice place.

Another wonderful visit to Barbara's place

This is our second stay at this beautiful property. Barbara is the perfect host, there if you need her and always thinking about your needs. The property is so close to AMI and is located in a lovely estate. We can't wait to return.

Clean quiet peaceful

It was the perfect place for us. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and very relaxing. We enjoyed every minute of it and we go back to that area, we will definitely try to stay there again.

Wouldn't change a thing!

I had a wonderful stay at Barbara’s private suite. It was immaculate, peaceful (pretty gardens!) and hosted by a lovely woman who cares that her guests are comfortable and at ease.It was serene and private. I loved having my morning coffee watching the butterflies in the garden and sitting by the pool.The location was perfect. A close drive to Anna Maria Island to watch the sunset as well as a short drive to golf courses.A 10 out of 10 and will be staying here again:)

Served our needs just fine

Room is nice and clean with fun decorating. It's basically like renting a hotel room but with a better location. To be clear, you are renting an enclosed lenai at the rear of the host's home. It was fine for us but, if you need more privacy, it might not work for you. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to the the beaches

Private, clean guest room

Barbara is warm and welcoming. She delights in taking care of her guests, yet is not imposing. She offers a sweet, guest room with a very well-maintained private pool. The neighborhood is quiet yet the property is close to a grocery store, restaurants, post office, and the ocean. We felt safe. We enjoyed making lemonade from lemons from her trees!

Christmas Family Gathering

We were there to share Christmas with our 3 daughters and their families who were staying in a near by rental. We certainly enjoyed our time and the Host went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. Our only regret is that we did not get to say good-bye to her when we checked out.

Lovely and relaxing

This is an awesome stay! Barbara sees that you are comfortable and can always be reached. Property backs up to a wooded area, hearing all different birds, seeing butterflies while listening to the waterfall in the private pool area. We will definitely stay again.

Great Clean room!

Great clean room with clean pool. The owner was so sweet and kind. We weren’t there much, but the bed was comfortable and it was a relaxing place to stay. So close to island beaches.
