This Brand New & Unique 2 bedroom condo is located at Blue Venao Ocean Village community, just 3 minutes walking distance from the beach club and the ocean.
The apartment is beautifully decorated with a modern & cozy boho style. You will find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The condo provides wonderful accommodations for 2 couples or families. Located in the Blue Venao Ocean Village community, this ground floor apartment can easily be reach directly from the building hall or parking space, not requiring stairs or elevator.

It includes: High Speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking tools and appliances such as cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and coffee maker.
The dining table seats 6, and is a great place to catch up on work emails while out of town.
A laundry with washer and dryer. Two bedrooms with one king bed and one queen bed, closet, blackout curtains and are equipped with bedding clothes, linens, pillows and both bath and beach towels. Ground Floor apartment with direct garden access, amazing and spacious balcony, including a comfortable furniture to get together and a hammock.

Blue Venao is an exclusive Ocean Village community, located at the heart of Playa Venao, surrounded by many restaurants, markets, surf shops, and just a few steps away from the ocean. Included with the rental, you will enjoy the unlimited access to Blue Venao Beach Club which has a breathtaking infinity pool, Restaurant/Bar and beautiful cozy and spacious social areas, as well as direct access to Playa Venao.

Truly enjoyed the property. Spent much of our time on large, comfortable patio where we could walk out to the quieter of the 2 pools at the property. Very easy walk to the grocery store and all the quite excellent restaurants and of course the beach. Very easy to rent surf boards of various size, types and quality. Natalia the local host is absolutely wonderful.

Great spot in a slice of paradise! Location is amazing for exploring everything Playa Venao has to offer. Place is clean, big and fully stocked for our family of 4. Facilities are amazing with beautiful pools and a great beach club. Full kitchen if you want to dine in and great patio to chill on. Everything was easy and host was very attentive. Would definitely come back and recommend for any families looking for beach holiday.

Property is beautiful. Modern two bedroom is well stocked. Short walk to beautiful clubhouse. Playa Venao is stunning! Cute town with great restaurants. It was a great family vacation. Can’t wait to go back.

Paradise Found

This is a very modern, beautiful main floor condo in the heart of the surfing area of Playa Venao. It provides a very accommodating arrangement for up to 4 people with two comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped full kitchen and lovely large partially covered outdoor patio. Paulo (owner) has ensured your stay will be comfortable in every way! The facilities at Blue Venao are excellent including a beautiful large pool overlooking the beach, yoga classes and several restaurants each with amazing food and drink choices . The sandy beach is spectacular and right at your doorstep! Groceries are available at the market just 2 minutes from your condo, stocking everything you want. You will not be disappointed!

Epic stay in Playa Venao!

The location of this condo is great! There is so much to do within walking distance. We ate at a different restaurant each day of the week and didn’t try them all! We rode horses on the beach, saw howler monkeys, helped save the baby turtles with “Save the Turtles” foundation, took a surf lesson, rented boogie boards, swam in the infinity pool(especially at sunset…beautiful!), relaxed in the hammocks, beds and couches by the beach, went on a waterfall hike, etc…all without leaving the area! The condo was very spacious. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it easy for two couples to share the space. We decided we were on vacation so we were not cooking…but the kitchen was stocked if we had wanted to! (A note: the welcome directions said the coffee maker used pods so we made a special point to buy those. There is one there but there is actually a regular coffee maker too so you can just bring a bag of coffee) Beach towels were provided -which was nice because we spent most of our time at the beach. We loved having the patio to hang out on. We bought fruit at the fruit market that we had never tried before. Was fun to cut them all up and have a taste test! We had a wonderful week here. I highly recommend!

Amazing unit. Amazing property. Amazing host.Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Playa Venao.Beach front pool and club are the highlight. There is a second quieter pool right outside the unit. The ground floor access and shaded private patio were also pluses.The hosts were clear and quick with communication. We had an issue with the hot water the first night that they quickly resolved. The unit was well stocked and super clean.There was some odour that seemed to be from floor drains but nothing offensive.
