Bright, In-Town Nantucket Cottage + Yard - Walk to Main St.

A coveted in-town location within Nantucket’s historic district, just a quick stroll downtown to enjoy the premier dining options, charming boutiques, award-winning Whaling Museum & so much more. In our two-story, two-bedroom home we've added lots of NEW items - linens, pillows, towels, individual toiletries, coffee, smart TVs, Alexa, Keyless Entry, a new dishwasher, new dryer, new gas grill, new stove & microwave & a new Pack n' Play & Highchair for our littlest guests. Our cottage is perfect for 4-5 people.

Only a quick ride from the Hy-Line Cruise terminal (0.9 miles) to the house. From there you're just a short drive to some of the island’s best attractions including Brant Point Lighthouse (America’s second oldest lighthouse; 1.5 miles), Jetties Beach (beloved by young families for the shallow and calm waters of Nantucket Sound; 1.8 miles), Cisco Brewers (one of the island’s coolest outdoor venues featuring a craft brewery, distillery, and winery with live music and surprisingly delicious food trucks; 2.5 miles), 167 Raw (for the island’s most delicious lobster roll; 2.6 miles), Miacomet Golf Course (a Golf Digest award-winning public golf course renowned for its “links-style holes” reminiscent of Scotland; 2.6 miles), and the island’s numerous beautiful south shore beaches such as Surfside Beach (2.7 miles), Ladies Beach (3.6 miles), Miacomet Beach (3.8 miles), Cisco Beach (3.8 miles), Nobadeer Beach (popular drive-on destination; 5.3 miles), and Madaket Beach (famous sunset destination; 6.5 miles). Finally, the house is especially convenient when it comes to all of the “other” local essentials that will ensure a relaxing and easy-going vacation and is less than 1 mile to the island’s two Stop & Shop grocery stores and best coffee shops such as Lemon Press, Handlebar Café, and Roast’d General Store.

Arrival/Departure Dates:
Want to avoid the dreaded weekend traffic to and from the island during the summer? Unlike nearly all other vacation rental properties on Nantucket, we offer the option of mid-week arrivals and/or departures to provide our guests with maximum flexibility and to help ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience. Questions about your dates – just reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate calendar requests.

What to bring:
Just pack your clothes, food & bring your best island vibes because we provide linens, bath & beach towels, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap, kitchen sponges, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase or bring additional quantities.
