Fully furnished newly decorated 4 bed/3 bath house in Ogden and spacious backyard.
Beautiful open kitchen space with lots of light, modern shutters and a living room with fire place and TV. This house will make you feel right at home. The master bedroom has a connected full bathroom with a very comfortable king sized bed. On the 1st level is also a bedroom with a queen sized bed as well as an office. In the hallway the 2nd full bathroom is situated. The Basement has a spacious living area and separate bedroom with a queen sized bed, another bedroom with a twin sized bed and the 3rd full bathroom.
We are Located only 5 min walk to McKay Dee hospital and grocery store, 10 min walk to Weber State University. Short drive to Historic downtown (5 min), Snow Basin and Nordic Valley (25 min) and Powder Mountain (30 min). Close to public transportation.
5 min drive to amazing hiking-biking trail with great views. The best place to be in Ogden!
There is a beautiful backyard with patio and BBQ grill. Patio furniture available.
The owners will leave their car in the garage. One room in the basement will remain locked with personal items. There is a driveway and street parking available.

We are a couple that work around Ogden, Utah for about half of the year. The rest of the year our home is The Netherlands. We like to share our home with guests that enjoy coming to Utah for professional or leisure reasons, as much as we do. We always feel right at home when we arrive back at the Ogden House!

We fell in love with this property immediately. The modern open kitchen and living room was exactly what we were looking for. It is a fun spacious house where we enjoy relaxing. The proximity of the mountains makes is a great location too, the hiking trails are close by.

We tried to furnish it well and have all the amenities available that we use ourselves. You can cook, eat and relax in this home just as you would in your own home.
