Located in the most desirable, convenient location on Tybee Island! This 3 BR 3 Bath Condo with TWO pools and a jacuzzi is walking distance to Tybee`s most popular beach, bars, restaurants, and shops! Perfect for families and friends visiting the island. Sleeps 10 guests! Lay out by the pool, dip in the jacuzzi, walk on Tybee`s main strip and grab an evening cocktail, or walk to the beach and pier!! Extremely convenient and memorable location for all your Tybee island getaway needs.

This beautiful condo located in the Brass Rails Condominiums has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a full size beds. Bedroom 3 is the master suite with a king size bed and attached full bath with a walk in shower and separate soaking tub.

To access the property, there is a gate off of the main Tybee road (Butler Avenue) that a code will be provided for the day before check in. The unit provides 2 parking spaces in a parking garage. Parking passes will be provided upon arrival. Please ensure you park in the proper Unit number space.
This unit is located on the second floor. There are stairs for direct access and also an elevator to ensure luggage and other items brought along can easily be brought into the condo upon your arrival.
The condo is keyless entry, meaning a door code will be provided to you prior to your arrival in your detailed check in instructions.
Please Note***** Check in instructions are sent at 4pm the day before check in.

This condo is located in the most convenient and sought after location allowing guests to walk to not only the beach, but everything on the main strip of bars, restaurants, and shops on the south end of the island! There are two pools (for guests only of the Brass Rails Condominiums) and one hot tub.

Guests can park for free at the condo and walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops.

Dirty and Not handicap accessible

First, the only plus to this trip was the property manager, Alex. This man went above and beyond to find us alternative accommodations when we were told our handicap accessible room was no longer accessible because of a broken elevator. The floors were filthy went we got there. Any bare feet were covered in black soot/dirt within hours. We found and paid for a handicap accessible room becuase my mother is wheelchair bound. Then we found of the day of trip that rhe elevator doesnt work. So, 4 family members had to carry my mother in her wheelchair to get to the room. She couldn't leave the room becuase it was dangerous to do this everyday day, multiple times a day. There were no blankets, and any handicap tools for the toilet were dirty and had poop stains all over them. The 4-5 remotes for the master bedroom all had dead batteries. The kitchen appliances were covered in rust and nearly unusable. All phone numbers listed for the hosts and emergency did not work. I could not get in contact with the hosts over the phone. When they claimed to call me, nothing came through. This trip was awful. I wouldn't recommend this unit or the second unit(with its own list of problems) to anyone. These are the complaints I can think off the top of my head! I have a compiled list that I plan to add to this one at a later date.

We enjoyed this property and Everything looked exactly as the ad and we were pleasantly surprised that it was bigger than we thought and everything was very clean and the property manager was very responsive and Patient with our every call. We will definitely use them again

Brass Rail 308

I have stayed at a condo in the Brass Rail property before and had a great experience. I was very disappointed with this condo. We were told the day before the elevator was being serviced and during our visit we had no elevator for for the entire time. And now one was working to fix the problem. We were on the third floor and I had my Dad how is 84 staying with us. I am very disappointed and this made our stay difficult. I will not use this site again.

Great location

Easy walk to beach and shops/restaurants. Condo is spacious and hot tub/pool area is nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious and clean. It was right on the beach. Even though we did not have a full beach view (which we already knew about) it was amazing. Centrally located to anywhere we wanted to go. The beach, the pavilion and pier and all the shops, bars and restaurants. Once we parked we didn’t move our vehicles again. Everything was in walking distance. I highly recommend this condo and plan to use it again

Very spacious and comfortable apartment..

Just 100ft away from beach and spacious apartment with 2 car parkings. Very close to happening 16th Street. The apartment can accommodate 9 or so people easily.... ! The location is absolutely fantastic for longer stay...! Highly recommend.
