This peaceful condo is conveniently situated near the Aquarium, Entertainment, Malls, Waterpark, and various dining and vacation destinations. It is ideal for couples and families. Monthly rates: $2,200, all included + only VRBO fees. No long term rentals from Memorial Day-Labor day.

Went for a sister weekend to end summer . Pet hair all over the place was not expected . Some unexpected house maintenance problems . Not cleaned throughly as expected . But overall accommodated us to lay our heads for sleep and rest .

Overall property was very nice. The accommodation suited all my family needs. If i would critique anything, i would have like to see the rugs vacuumed a little better. There was a lot of human/ animal hair on the rugs.

Very nice experience

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a stack washer and dryer unit, the kitchen has a nice size bartop type counter. The beds were super comfortable, and over look the pool.

We had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and close to everything. The pool is right behind the building and was quiet. The hosts were very accommodating, and very responsive and kind.

Wonderful in all ways!

Dexter and Natalie were absolutely amazing hosts! We had to book a place last minute due to an unexpected death in our family. We frantically looked all over for hotels accommodating for our diabetic cat to come with us. Once we found this condo, and messaged the hosts we were immediately put at ease. Their communication was super fast, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and generously waived their pet fee and they don’t even usually accept cats. The home itself was sparkling clean just like the pics, the electronic entry was simple and easy for check in when we arrived in the middle of the night, the beds were soooo comfy and a much needed respite after traveling by car from MD. The location was so close to anything we needed including stores, restaurants, the funeral home we needed, and the beach which we hit up on the way home to take some time to find a little peace and comfort that only a moment at the beach can provide. We highly recommend this condo for your travel needs and hope to return again some time. Thank you!

Ok for a short weekend stay

Would recommend for a short weekend stay. The property itself is small. The bathrooms do not have a lot of space to store items/leave on counter. Seating on a couch/relaxing chair would be limited for any more than 2 people. The washer/dryer is very small and could only be used on a warm wash otherwise would take over an hour to fill the small drum. Overall an enjoyable stay but would recommend an overall review of the property by the owners many items could be updated, dusted and replaced. .

Great Location, great host, and so many things close to the apartment

I really recommend this property, experience was great! The host is very attentive, they make sure you have a great experience, they are very communicative in all you needs. The apartment in general makes you feel like home, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location of the property is perfect, 7 mint driving to the beach and about 1 miles from Broadway Walk so great to walk around if thats your preference.

Great for our family

Our family of 5 was very comfortable and happy in this spacious condo for our week in Myrtle Beach. It was a convenient location and short drive from food, attractions, the beach and convention centre. The property was well maintained, quiet and as advertised. Hosts were great with communication leading up to our stay and through the check in process.

AWESOME!! MYRTLE BEACH 2 BR CONDO

Mr Dexter & Mrs Natali were great hosts and provided everything we needed and asked for!! While we were waiting for our house to be finished their 2BR place was perfect for my wife, I and our 2 little Cairn Terriers. It had everything you would need just like home and could easily sleep 6. The entire complex was very dog friendly and the jetted pool & barbecue grills were an added plus. We would definitely stay here again if we did not already live here. (Moved from PA) Highly recommend as it is definitely affordable and worth it!!

Bath room sliding glass door frame appears to have black mold buildup needs cleaning,the microwave needs replacing the drainage system needs attending the carpet needs cleaning.

Relaxing Week

My daughter and a few of her friends rented this place for a relaxing week after graduation. This place was perfect for the week. Close to the beach and the board walk. The property was exactly as listed....clean, quite and everything you needed for a nice relaxing week at the beach. The host was amazing to work with and even messaged to check in and see if they needed anything during their stay. We will definitely rent again next time we are in the area.

A great location in the heart of Myrtle Beach, close to all the entertainment, but also far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. It's wonderful that the Myrtlewood community is well-maintained and safe. Plus, being just 2 miles from the beach is a huge plus!
