Welcome to our waterfront retreat on the scenic Intracoastal Waterway. Unwind on the balcony, immersing yourself in the tranquil ambiance of the waterway while sipping your morning coffee or mimosas. Get ready for breathtaking views and to embark on your memory-making stay!
As our guest, you'll have access to the pool, jacuzzi , free parking (2 cars maximum) and you are only 15 min. drive from beach, most shopping and great dining! Golf enthusiasts can also delight in the nearby award winning Arrowhead Golf Course. Dogs allowed!

Second floor condo with choice of stairs or elevator for your use, to reach destination.

TWO CARS allowed. We provide 2 mandatory parking passes. No motorcycles, oversized trucks, trailers, golf carts, scooters, mopeds, recreational vehicles, campers moving trucks, moving trailers or motorhomes allowed by HOA.

Pool/Jacuzzi for registered guests use. (Open April 1st-October)

State Park Beach Pass, for our guests to borrow! NO PARKING FEE AT STATE PARK BEACH!

3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1- king bed and private full bathroom with walk in shower. TV with cable. Entrance to balcony with view of waterway.

Bedroom 2- queen bed and plenty of closet space.

Bedroom 3- four twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds).
Please note-Weight restriction of no more than 170lbs for the two top bunks.

2 Full Bathrooms- master has walk in shower, 2nd bathroom has shower/tub.

Kitchen- granite countertops, new stainless steel -dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric glass top stove.

Dining table and breakfast bar w/ stools.

Front room- 55-inch flat screen Roku tv/ cable

One Doorbell camera (Ring) records 24/7 visually and can pick up audio.
Camera records from elevator- front door -staircase of condo entry.
No other cameras in or on property.

2 dogs allowed- must be registered at time of booking.
50lbs or less
$125 Pet fee. VRBO charges for 1 pet and we must invoice you for the second, through VRBO. NO other pets allowed.

Short drive to the Beach, State Park Beach, Airport, Broadway at the Beach, Golf and much more!

This is our second stay at Lisa's condo, and it was a wonderful 10 days. The condo is large, fully equipped, and convenient to Grande Coastal Mall, Myrtle Beach State Park, Huntington Beach Staye Park, many great restaurants, and the highly walkable Market Commons. The community is quiet, the Intra Coastal Waterway is right there. Lisa is an excellent host from booking through check out!

The property was clean and organized. Lisa, the host, was communicative and provided clear instructions at check-in and check-out that made our stay go as smoothly as possible. She was available if we had any questions. Located on the IntraCoastal provided a pleasant and relaxing time when spending it out on the balcony. It was especially nice that it was pet-friendly. We would very much enjoy returning in the future.

Always The Best

This was our second time staying, and as always, it was the best. Lisa, has a wonderful condo, located along the Intercoastal. The location is very tranquil, and she has all the amenities one would need for either a short- or long-term rental. Any time we communicated with her, she was very prompt in replying.We will be staying here again!

Intracoastal Waterway Chindo

Having once owned a chindo in this complex, I was thrilled to be back to visit with friends and neighbors. It's a quiet and friendly community away from the tourist section of town yet accessible to everything. Lisa was a super host and responded in a timely manner. The condo is well-appointed, and everything is clearly labeled. I'll be back for sure!

Amazing!

We had the absolutely best time here! There was plenty of room for 8 people, and all the amenities included were more than sufficient for us. The area was super quiet, all the neighbors were super friendly, and we received everything we could ever want. We have already made plans to stay there next year! If you want to experience Myrtle Beach, but stay at a comfortable, friendly, and safe place, then you MUST check out this location!

A week on the Intercoastal

We picked this property primarily for its location: on the intercoastal, Arrowhead golf course locale, closeness to the beach (having access to a State Park Pass was great) and access to a swimming pool. This property is pet friendly as well !The property is as described. Staying longer then 3 days you will need to re-supply paper goods. Furniture comfortable with the exception of the master bedroom mattress (it may just be us, but we were uncomfortable). The grandkids enjoyed sleeping in the bunkbeds and my wifes daughter had no complaints with the guest bedroom accomodations. I loved sitting out on the screened in porch. I would recommend this rental for families and small groups.

Wonderful condo!

We stayed with host, Lisa, for two weeks over Christmas break. Location was great, we were less than 20 min from family in the St James school area, needing last minute shopping near Broadway at the Beach area was easy to get to. We used the park pass at condo to check out Myrtle Beach’s State Park. Lisa is a very considerate and helpful host to make sure all was ok. It was! I chose this locale because I knew I wanted to feel safe with our dog going out at night, I always did! Wonderful area, we watched boats on canal from balcony of condo. Highly recommend this condo, very well appointed, convenient, and we felt safe and welcomed throughout our stay! Thank you again!

Awesome

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. Everything about the unit was wonderful! The host was very attentive and responsive. We had an issue with the coffee pot (not her fault) and she immediately took care of it and ordered a new one. The place was very clean which is our number one priority. Nice area with a perfect view of the intercoastal to watch the boats. Little added touches were present, like laundry soap and a high chair. We happen to need it for our grandaughter. The check in and out were effortless. There's not much required when you leave. I've stayed in places where they make you take off the sheets and even launder the first load. There's a nice pool there also. We will definitely stay again.
