The pool has 4 lounge chairs and a gorgeous propane Fire Pit.

**Pool Heating:
If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know 48 hours in advance! There is a $50 charge per stay to heat the pool.


PARTIES & EVENTS

We do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictates no loud music, noise, or partying after 10 PM.

While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.

By booking this home, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

PARKING
The driveway provides plenty of parking. We recommend not to park on the street.

POOL & SWIMMING

The pool is typically at 80-85 degrees. There will be an additional $50 per stay fee if you would like the heat turned on prior to your arrival with the temperature set to 92 degrees.

There is no life guard on duty. Vacayr Management, its owners and agents of the property, will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related or accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.

SECURITY

To ensure safety, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property. We want our guests to be as safe as possible.

SMOKING & DRUGS

No smoking is permitted inside the property. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors. There is an additional $500 smoking cleaning fee if any scents of smoke are within the house.

No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.
