A good ocean view from the patio deck, from the Master Bedroom upstairs deck, and sits just a few meters from the community stairs to a mid-bluff level community deck with a spectacular, full ocean view with a private access to a lightly-used stretch of beach. No one above you, or below you; new central air and heat system. This community will steal your heart; a very pleasant step away from the bustle of streets, highways and crowds; we are all about a quiet, pleasant retreat. Open-design lower floor; spiral stairs to two second-floor bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. Complete kitchen, small patio with an electric grill. Wake up to see the ocean and watch the waves from the high beach overlook and community deck.

We have enjoyed meeting guests from many parts of the world. We live in both California and in Colombia. Gina immigrated from Colombia in 1981; we both speak Spanish. Our adult children are transparently bicultural, and we enjoy being connected to other cultures.
Gina came to the USA to pursue education. She earned her MBA through Boston University, and has worked in international business and consulting. My own career took me through 40 years of aviation with the US Marine Corps and American Airlines. Now retired, our condos keep us busy, along with volunteer work and travel.

Da Beach!!
We are atop 60+ foot bluffs that overlook a beautiful Southern California beach, accessible by our community stairs and locked beach gate. Several hundred meters in either direction will bring you to one "dog beach," and in the other direction, a state park. Our area is a nice distance from both, so you will find our beach lightly populated.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The condo is ours from ground to roof - no one above or below. This helps make the community very tranquil. Most of the residents are permanent, so we do our best to keep the living areas quiet. The beach...great place to let off steam!!
