Construcción de casa a estrenar, vida interior al aire libre en su máxima expresión 3HAB, 3 BAÑOS con envoltura alrededor de cubierta. Magníficas vistas al mar desde cocina y dormitorios. 2 master BRs. 3ª BR con baño separado. Walk in closet dentro de master. Un montón de almacenamiento e iluminación. Cargador eléctrico para su vehículo. La casa está vallada. Cámaras de anillo exterior para mayor tranquilidad. Encimeras de cuarzo y pisos de madera de ingeniería en toda la casa. Muy bien decorado Cocina completamente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos. A pie de la playa, estación de tren y restaurantes. Casa ubicada al oeste de la 5 en tranquila calle sin salida.

This home was perfect for our month long vacation. The property was spotless, and the attention to detail was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The views are beautiful. Host communications was excellent and easy check-in/check-out. We were sorry to leave but excited to come back next year!!

WONDERFUL HOME AND PHENOMENAL VIEW/SUNSETS!

This wonderful home was PERFECT! It was very clean, organized/tidy, and well stocked. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping/dining, and walkable to the beach. We had such a wonderful stay here for the month of November and Thanksgiving. The nice set up on the patio/deck made it special for us to enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner. We also enjoyed the view of the ocean and phenomenal sunsets everyday. The owners, Chip and Melisa, were very communicative, accommodating and responsive; very nice couple. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property. LOVE to stay here again!

Great, yet again

This is our 3rd year staying at this property & it has always been wonderful. The photos are a great representation of the home. We especially love the outdoor deck where we would watch many beautiful sunsets. Melisa & Chip are spot on with any question or issue that comes up. We would definitely stay a 4th time!

Perfect Beach Home. Endless Summer….

We had the most amazing stay at this perfect home away from home. Ocean view for days…the home is immaculate, comfortable and exactly as described. With the fully open sliders, we had indoor/outdoor living every day. Located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, shopping (Cedros!) and dining, and easy access to the 5 and the PCH. Super responsive hosts. We’ve already booked again!

Beautiful Home

The house was great. The neighborhood was walkable to many restaurants, such as Claire’s (yum), and the beach was less than a mile away. Definitely an outdoor/indoor living space to enjoy the lovely California weather! We took daily walks and came to love feeling a part of the residential area. The hosts were great and very kind and responsive. I would stay here again 100%. We stayed with two golden retrievers and they had a wonderful time, as well.

Fantastic Place

The house is beautiful and well stocked. It had everything we needed and much more. Everything was great quality. We were spoiled by the ocean view and patio. The owners, Melissa and Chip were very communicative and responsive. It was great for our 2 month stay and we'd love to return.

STILL AWESOME!

For second year in a row, we spent 6 weeks in February and March at this wonderful property on a quiet street in Solana Beach with a multimillion dollar view of the Pacific ocean. Like last year, everything was spotless on our arrival. The hosts couldn't be nicer or more responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful house, great view, fabulous patio/deck & beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Dog friendly, with fenced yard. Close to everything in Solana Beach & Delmar. Stayed a month and enjoyed every aspect of the property. Owners were very friendly & communicative, if needed for anything.

Two months in Paradise

My husband and I spent two heavenly months in this fabulous property with a 3-week visit from our daughter. Everything was exactly as advertised. The home is beautifully decorated with top-of-the-line appliances. The kitchen is outfitted with everything from a Vitamix, to great Calphelon cookware, to every cooking utensil you will need. I mentioned that I love to bake and Melissa stocked brand new baking pans in the generous pantry. She even ordered a lovely set of baking sheets, a portable mixer, and some new knives right after I mentioned they would be good additions. Chip and Melissa are terrific and go over and above to make sure your stay is perfect. They respond within minutes and even give great restaurant recommendations. The home is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and an abundance of high-end soft bedding, towels, and beach towels. It is worth noting that there are no condiments, spices, or food of any kind. However, due to COVID, this might be prudent. We would bring our own when we come back which we hope we will. The fenced-in. yard with beautiful landscaping and lighting was terrific for our two pups. The patio sliding glass doors open completely allowing indoor and outdoor dining in a lovely setting. We were outdoors all the time and loved the expansive view of the ocean and sunsets. We will dream about this home and hope to return soon.

Relaxing beach town

Great view of the ocean, although sunset is behind a tree. May is a grey month, but we had a few days of sunshine. House was pretty spotless. Well laid out. Sliding doors are a fun touch. Solana Beach is a very cool place to stay. The Del Mar dog beach was so much fun! Loved they had a 220 outlet for my Tesla.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS

Stayed in this lovely Solana Beach home for 6 weeks in February and March with my husband and our Chihuahua, Paco. The place exceeded our expectations (which were already quite high based on the photos and other reviews).C&M were a delight to deal with. Home was spotless and kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Sunsets on the deck were amazing. Basically one of the nicest vrbo homes we have ever stayed in.

Wonderful stay

We truly enjoyed our stay in Solana Beach. The owner's were so nice to work with and always available to answer any question. The house was spotless, kitchen was well stocked, tons of linens, the deck was fun to hang out on, view is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. Wonderful stay!

Perfect SoCal Beach Living

Perfect away from home for ideal Solana Beach living. Walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and the beach, while still being in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The beautifully landscaped fenced yard is great for privacy and dogs. The house is designed to take advantage of the beautiful southern California weather. We spent many evenings opening the glass wall to the deck and having cocktails and dinner while watching the sunset

Absolutely Perfect

This is an amazing long-term rental! The owners take great care of the home, and are incredibly quick to respond to problems. They are also very kind, and a pleasure to deal with. But honestly, the best part of this house is the view. My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for 2.5 months, and I already miss the view of the ocean. The house itself has everything you need. Everything is in perfect condition, and the pictures are very accurate. We have two small children, and the house was very safe for them. I highly recommend this home!

Serenity in Solana Beach

My husband and I spent two months in this lovely property. The indoor/outdoor living was the perfect way to spend time relaxing and entertaining our family. Having stayed at many VRBOs over the years, this home, was, by far, THE BEST EVER! To top that off, the owners could not have been more kind or responsive to any needs that arose. Looking forward to our return….

Home away from home

We stayed in Chip and Melisa's Solana Beach home while ours was under repair. They were gracious and accommodating from the start. From the welcome card and gourmet cookies to the change in internet provider within hours of the request, they made us feel at home. The home was stocked with every needed and the view of sunsets....priceless. Thank you Chip and Melisa!!!

Best VRBO property ever!

My wife, our dog and I stayed a month in paradise at this amazing property in Solana Beach. The house was outfitted with everything that we needed, from the gourmet kitchen to the fenced yard for our dog. The owners were very responsive and very flexible. No review would be complete without mentioning the sunsets from the deck. We made it a habit to enjoy the sunsets from the deck. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Tiff & Dave

Gorgeous sunsets and outdoor living

We truly enjoyed the month of Dec at this ideal home. Relatively newly built, we enjoyed the bright, clean, cheerful kitchen/family room. Our pup loved chasing butterflies in the beautifully landscaped, fenced yard. But we really rented for the outdoor deck space. A roofed area with a living and dining room. There's a fan above, but we made use of the ceiling heaters. And could easily roll down vertical shades to block wind or bright sun. Best of all...the sliding glass doors between the inside and out completely open. We lived outside! Special thanks to the owners for responsiveness and warm exchanges. Thank you!

This is a house, not a condo. You get to eat, drink and enjoy in a beautiful wrap around deck where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Fenced yard for your pet's safety. This is a large lot which allowed us to built this property behind our original property in the front. Both houses are completely independent from each other and fully fenced. You will not be able to see the property from the street as its fenced in and sits on a hill. The only thing you will share is the driveway if you choose to park your vehicle there. In addition, there are two other parking spots below the driveway at street level. One spot fits 2 SUVs and the other spot fits 1 SUV.

This is a newer home. We take a lot of pride in our property, so we put a lot of effort in making it a very comfortable and convenient home. The house has an open concept with plenty of storage. House is meticulously cleaned every time a guest leaves. Short walk to the beach and downtown area. Beautiful ocean views from the living room, kitchen and large patio/deck. We've recently added ring security cameras to the property and a Tesla charger. 30 DAYS MINIMUM Rental.
