Out of the 8 years our family has been coming to hot springs, this was by far our favorite house! It was gorgeous, spacious, and homey. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book again!

Lake Vacation

Perfect home and location for 5 adults and 3 teenagers. Everyone loved the deck area with the waterfall and brook that ran into the lake. The owner was quick to respond to emails and suggested many places to see in the area.

The kitchen was well equipped. The queen mattress on the main level wasn’t supported well at the head of the bed. There was a leak in the refrigerator. Otherwise no feedback.

I had a wonderful visit at this property. The home was clean and exactly as advertised. Brady made check in and check out a breeze. Would stay again or recommend to anybody.

By far this was our family's best experience. The house was very well kept, clean, and fully supplied. Lake toys were provided on site which our people used daily. The environment was extremely quiet with beautiful scenery!! The owner was readily available via email and responded quickly. You will not regret renting this awesome property. Thanks!!

Wonderful vacation spot!

The house is so beautiful and had everything we needed inside and out. It is perfectly located in a cove with great views of the lake and stunning sunsets. It was fun to have a private dock and kayaks to use. I highly recommend this place and look forward to going back!

Space for everyone!

We were a group of 9 aged 60+ ladies. Plenty of room for cooking, eating, relaxing, sleeping, etc....House was clean and ready for us. Lots of parking as well! No complaints at all.

Family Weekend

The house was perfect for our family! The open floor plan worked very well for the grandbabies ages 1-3. They loved playing on the deck, in the yard, and swimming in the lake. The inside of the house was nicely renovated throughout. It was a wonderful weekend.

Thanksgiving Holiday

The house was beautiful as well as big and roomy with a huge great room and kitchen. We loved the huge deck outside. My grandchildren loved playing outside on the huge lot. Very nice house.

Fourth of July Vacay

This house was in a great location in a beautiful cove with a nice area to swim and kayak or take your boat out. The house was stocked very well with dishes, pots, pans, laundry stuff, cleaning supplies, etc. Excellent owner communication with easy check in. We very much enjoyed our time and would 100% rent again.

Amazing views

Beautiful Property

This was our first time in Hot Springs as we were traveling in for a softball tournament. Not being familiar with the area the host suggested plenty of family friendly places and not one of them disappointed. This home looks even better in person and we had so much room for the two families that stayed. Right on the water! We cannot say enough nice things about the host or the property. Very enjouable week!!

Wonderful Week

Great location, very quiet and basically 10 minutes to anything in Hot Springs. Parking is great, we make a summer trip up every year for the past 16 years and access in and out of the property is excellent, best so far for the locations we have rented. Very nice interior and the ladies all enjoyed the sunsets. Brady don't forget to call me if you ever decide to sell.... thanks Tina,Randy and Family.

Perfect getaway!

Brady was awesome to work with. The property was everything we'd hoped for. It was very clean on arrival and all of the promised items were available; i.e. toiletries, cooking supplies, etc. The house is on a beautiful cove of Lake Hamilton. Sunsets are beautiful and morning coffees on the deck overlooking the water were the perfect start for the day. We can not recommend this property enough! Thank you Brady!

Awesome rental!

Just left Hot Springs after spending 3 nights in your awesome house. Everything was clean and had many amenities, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, spices, etc. more of of home than a house. There was 8 of us, cousins, all over 60. Everyone felt very comfortable and enjoyed the dining table for games and conversation. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable with quality bedding. I truly enjoyed the very large deck, seating and the view. This is definitely on the radar for next years reunion fo my first cousins. I could go on and on with compliments for the host. Replied quickly and concisely with all of my questions. A great vacation! God Bless!
