THE SPACE
This expansive custom colonial in East Greenwich sits on two private acres of lawn and wooded surroundings, perfect for enjoying the changing seasons. Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The backyard is fully-fitted to create a dream summer pool party. Utilize the grill surrounded by marble countertops. The outdoor kitchen is complete with a fire pit, barbecue, sink, & dining fixtures. Lounge poolside as the clear blue water shimmers in the sunlight. Or make a splash with a cannonball!
The interior is boundless. Step onto the front patio & enter into this fortress. The first thing you will notice is the glistening hardwood floors that stretch far and wide in every direction.
A hand-carved wood and marble table sits in the dining room.
The kitchen is immaculate & bright. Sun floods through the skylights, brightening the house with natural light. All appliances are brand new & stainless steel. The countertops & central island are carved from marble. Dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle, coffee grinder, food processor & any other kitchen utensils you might need are waiting for you here.
A home theater system has been installed in the basement for your viewing pleasure. This is where true comfort can be found. Leather couches, recliners, & a massage chair all sit atop the cozy carpet. Laundry machines are located in the basement as well, so you can wash your clothes while you watch a movie.
The ground floor of the house contains: a family room, dining room, lounge area, office, kitchen, full bathroom, as well as access to the 3-car garage & 3-season room sunroom.
The bedrooms & remaining bathrooms are upstairs. The main bedroom is something out of a fairytale: king bed, 55" TV, fireplace, ensuite bathroom, & connected powder room are just a few of the features provided within this masterpiece. The attached bathroom contains a shower stall with both wand & conventional shower head, a jetted bath rub, toilet, & bidet.
The first bedroom down the hall would be perfect for a child or single adult. This room contains a twin bed, computer monitor, desk, office chair, speakers, books, book shelf & dresser.
