Spacious home with a Hot Tub- Updated 3 bed!

Come feel right at home when you stay at this property that has all of the amenities to make your get away enjoyable. The three bedroom, three full bathroom home is complete with a hot tub, grill, outdoor dining table, front-porch swing, 2-car detached garage...and that is all before you enter through the doors! There are two master suites, as well as a bunk bed room.
Enjoy cooking? The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the gadgets you may need.
The space
-Bedroom with private bathroom on both the main level and upstairs. The bedroom on the main level has a king bed and shower only. The upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed and a tub/shower combo.
-The third bedroom is a bunk bed room with a king size bed on the lower bunk. The top bunk is a twin and there is a twin trundle bed. This bedroom also has all of the kid essentials in the closet, such as the pack-n-play, with extra mattress. There is a baby gate, booster chair, and sheets/blankets in the drawers inside of the closet.
-All bedrooms have plush robes available in the closet!
-The bathrooms are stocked with the essentials and some extras, such as bubble bath and extra toothbrushes.
-In the kitchen, you will find the cabinets fully stocked with the following items: coffee maker, grinder, french press, mixer, blender, InstantPot, airfryer, and toaster. Complimentary local coffee, tea and snacks available.
-The living room and each of the primary bedrooms have smart TVs, which allow you to sign in to your own streaming channels. There is also a DirectTV app available that provides cable for your convenience and HBO Max.
-Upstairs has a bonus room that can be used as a work space, with monitor, or a play space for the kids. Toys can be used and need to be returned to bins prior to departure.
-Hot tub towels are available for your convenience, along with a blue tooth speaker and sunscreens.
-If you are traveling with your dog, you will love that the house has a dog bed, couch covers, food/water bowls, treats, toys, and a scooper for the back yard. Please note, the $50 pet fee is a PER PET charge.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the home via keyless entry keypads on both the front and back door. You will also have access to the 2-car detached garage. There is a keyless entry keypad as well as a garage door opener for your use.
Other things to note
Hot Tub Rules and Regulations
- Most important hot tub rule: Please shower with soap and water before you enter.
If not, the oils from your body will accumulate and leave an unsightly residue. If tub is
left excessively dirty due to guest not bathing, a hot tub dump and refill fee of $300
will be charged to guest
- -Absolutely no bubbles, bath bombs, soaps, or the like should be used in the hot tub.
Use of such items will result in a $300 fee for professional hot tub draining, clean
and maintenance.
• Minimum age for supervised use of the hot tub 5 years old.
• Maximum number of persons in spa 4.
• Minimum age for unsupervised use of the hot tub 16 years old.
• Maximum safe spa temperature is 104° or less.
• Absolutely no glass in or around the hot tub.
• Must replace spa cover and latch cover clips immediately after use.
• No pets allowed at any time.
• No eating, no smoking, and only drink water from plastic/stainless cups only
• Do not use spa if pregnant or hypertensive (high blood pressure)
• Do not use spa if under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Notify management of any equipment failure or water problems
• Use at your own risk. Tenant agrees to hold owner harmless for any injuries.
• You will be held responsible for any damage to equipment, spa cover or spa surfaces.
If any of the rules listed above are broken, you will be charged a $300 fine.
