Sleeps 8, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with all the essentials. This beautiful newly renovated 3-bedroom home is to be occupied. All new furniture and accessories are bought to make your stay comfortable. Each room has a closet with hangers provided to organize your clothes while you stay to make you feel like you are not away from your home. Plenty of Storage for everyone!!!

The shared area includes a living room with a 55-inch smart TV with all the streaming services, and a very nice-sounding soundbar with beautiful glowing lights under the TV table(Note you will need an account to stream on the apps you prefer or can start a free trial). (Free FAST WIFI is also available). Speeds are up to 1 GB, perfect for you to work, play games, stream on the TV or your devices, and much more.

The kitchen area has a 4-seat dining room table and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and essentials for your needs. It has plenty of storage in the cabinets. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, and much more!!!

The outside area has a fire pit, and a picnic table to enjoy a get-together with friends and family in a big and beautiful backyard filled with nature!!

Washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board are on-site and are available for you to use and the good news is everything is included with your stay!!!

Please keep in mind you will be living at someone’s place so please be mindful and respect the place. This home is located in a residential neighborhood where quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 7 am.

There are two sound and smoke detectors on the main level and basement of the home. These sensors will alert the owners if there are either very loud noises or smoke from cigarettes, vape pens, or other smoking devices.

Cameras have been added to the front door and back door entry for safety purposes and to prevent parties and unregistered guests in the home. Cameras are motion detecting and will record the front door and vehicle entry to the garage at all times. "No cameras are installed inside they are only installed outside". Parties will be shut down immediately.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside. Smoking in the home will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization. Any damage done to the property or anything that gets stolen will result in a minimum fee of $500. The pet fee is $100 and it is non-refundable.
