This house exceeded our expectations! House was super nice & clean. Had all the amenities that we needed and more. The fridge was big & had ice maker & filtered water. Coffee maker was a dual pot/single cup maker. Multiple TV's. Screened in back porch was great to sit on. No bugs! There is also a TV outside that we listened to music on while we swam. Pool is not Olympic sized, but was perfect to splash around in. Salt water pool was so clean! We did not have the heater on, but the temp was just right. We could even see the ocean from the back area! There was a restaurant That we could walk to (It was closed for repairs). The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. The beach was not my favorite, but our pool made up for it! This was the most relaxing vacation we had been on in a long time & I think it was because there were no worries about our stay

Everything was just as expected! The pool was still refreshing and the house had all of the amenities we needed. We had 6 people and were very comfortable with the space we had. Would definitely stay here again.

I have to say, the house is lovely! Everything is nicely decorated, the pool was fabulous. I think there could be some newer/nicer games. The beds were not comfortable at all. I didn’t get much sleep. The back door handle broke off and we were unable to get into the house for about 3.5 hours. The guy who changed it out was extremely nice. The owner called me personally and offered to buy us pizza or ice cream which I thought was very kind. If they get new mattresses, I would definitely book again!

Great House for Family!

My husband and I were in town seeing our daughter, who's currently stationed at Keesler AFB. The house location was perfect for what we had planned. We had a great time in the pool! We would defiantly book this house again!

Beautiful property

The house in it's self was really nice. It was immaculate. So close to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet. Mr. Tim's was very responsive to our needs and resolved any issues quickly.My only complaint would be that it should have been clearer that there is a 25 a day fee to heat the pool. It was freezing when we got there. The kids were a bit disappointed that they couldn't swim right away. If you want the pool heated make sure the host knows ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this property. We will be coming back!and them quickly

This was a great house in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything. We loved the pool and the outdoor living space which also had a tv. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place!

We visit Gulfport every year and this home was our favorite! Close to the beach, stores,& restaurants. The pool was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great quality house w/ pool

We came down with our family for Spring Break and this house was perfect for our fam of 4! It was a 5 min walk to the beach. The beach was quiet, which we liked. We went to Biloxi one day (15 min drive) to Margaritaville where they had a huge indoor arcade, climbing wall and ropes course, spent 2 days hanging out at the private pool at the home and time at the beach! Half Shell Oyster house was just 7 minutes away in Gulfport and we ended the 5 night trip at a local favorite, Brooklyn Pizza! Each morning I turned the outdoor fireplace on and read my book. My daughters loved their beds and swimming at the pool. Ken, the owner was wonderful and accommodating. We stay at a lot of properties and this one was definitely near the top, across the board! If we come back to this area, we will be booking this house again :-)

First family vacation

The house was absolutely amazing! The pool was fabulous, very spacious and open. Walking g distance to the beach and Felix’s oyster bar was a plus being literally in the back yard. I rate this property a 10 out of 10, definitely will book again!

Great family vacation!

This home was so perfect for our family vacation from landlocked Missouri! We made lots of wonderful family memories. Our family ages ranged from 30's, 16, 14, 12, and 6. By far the best compliment from our family was the private pool. You will probably want to bring your own pool toys and something to blow them up with. Overall, we would 100% recommend staying here and would stay again. Pros: -Very clean -Open, bright concept -Kitchen was well equipped -Private pool -About 5-7 minute walk to the beach (you do have to walk about 1/2 block to crosswalk, but not a big deal) -Quiet neighborhood -Nice screened in back porch area -Charcoal BBQ grill -Nice grilling utensils -Close to lots of activities and a Walmart neighborhood market for grocery pickup Cons: -Water pressure in bathrooms could be better -This home is advertised to host 6, but the kitchen pots and pans could have been bigger for a larger family -No TV on outdoor patio like pictured -We had to purchase charcoal for the grill -Some of the ceiling fans were off balance, so we couldn't turn them down, or they would make lots of noise -No beach toys, chairs, or umbrellas, so you need to bring those. There is a wagon at the home.

Great house

The house was great and had all we needed. The owner was kind and bought new grill with all the necessary items for our grilling. The kids loved the pool. Would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.
