THE LAYOUT

Upon entering the front door and up the private elevator or stairway, you'll be greeted by the bright and airy living area, complete with comfortable seating and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the dining area, perfect for gathering with family and friends for a meal. Fully pocketing sliders on the main level allow for seamless indoor/outdoor beachfront living. The massive outdoor screened balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying the immaculate gulf coast ocean views while enjoying a glass of wine.

The open living area is elegantly decorated, comfortable furnishings and high-end finishes. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a large fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, and is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware, utensils, and tableware. The kitchen island is an ideal space for meal preparation. There's plenty of seating at the adjacent dining table and around the high-top counter, making it a perfect spot for family and friends to gather and socialize. For added convenience, Crystal Seashore features a private elevator, making it easy to move people, luggage and groceries between floors with ease.

Main floor features two bedroom suites with one queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Top floor has the spacious primary suite with private balcony, his and hers walk-in closets and ensuite bath with large walk-in shower, dual vanities and soaking tub. The private ocean view study, complete with breakfast bar, adjoining the primary suite is perfect for the executive that needs a little privacy to get some work done. The second top-floor bedroom suite abodes a king bed, private ocean view balcony and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are laundries located on both floors.
