Unfortunately we got off to a bad start. We checked in on Sunday. The temperature in the home was 79 degrees and would not go any lower. We contacted maintenance and eventually were informed that someone would be out Monday afternoon to check the ac unit. We also were in communication with VRBO and Elite Vacation Rentals about the issue. We did ask if we could receive some sort of refund or compensation since the home was very uncomfortable but received no reply. After maintenance came on Monday afternoon, the home cooled down. We should add that the bedroom behind the kitchen remained warmer than the rest of the home even though the vent was open.On the positive side, the house was very clean, the neighborhood quiet and having use of the garage nice.We have stayed in several VRBO over the years and have always had a great experience and given a 5 star rating.

Quick Phoenix Trip

Was in town for a conference near the stadium and this location was perfect, quick 7 minute drive. The home was very spacious, clean, all new appliances. The beds were also super comfortable. A perfect stay and would recommend to anybody staying in Glendale!

Cleanest place we ever stayed.

All amenities were super nice. Comfy beds, soft linens, nicely stocked kitchen, though lacking salt and pepper, and any kind of cooking oil. Very contemporary inside and very comfortable.

Beautiful home in peaceful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, the pool was great for the kids, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We were close to everything as well so it was easy to get out and have a fun time.

Great for local events

House was clean and very well setup. Bedrooms are all separated so groups of couple still have privacy. Close to stadium and other attractions.

Great place to stay

This house was a great place for us to stay while we were in Phoenix. Very clean and has everything you need. Even access to garage with openers which made coming and going so easy. Next time we come to Phoenix, we will see if this house is available.

Ill book again.

Lovely three bedroom clean house. Three bedrooms two baths but three vanity areas. This house was exceptionally clean newly remodeled and had everything we needed. Will definitely book again if need to go to the Phoenix area. Recommended!

Clean and cozy

Booked the house for a weekend get away with friends. The location was great for what our plans were. The house was very clean and the beds were so cozy. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was also very clean.

Glendale Getaway retreat

We were very pleased overall with the property, the kitchen was stocked very well. Lots of linens.The outdoor patio, loungers and table area was excellent.The pool unfortunately was way too cold to use as there was no heater which we would have gladly paid extra to heat it. In our 17 days we went in the pool, albeit for about 30 seconds, just once.

Very comfortable and beautiful

My family stayed here for a couple of days while we were in town to visit extended family. It’s close to everything you could possibly need. The house is beautifully updated. We all got a good nights sleep on the very comfortable beds. We will definitely check the availability of this place first for future trips to the area.

Beautiful home great location

This home was much more than we expected. Large bedrooms, spacious great room and kitchen. This home has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet. Location was great for local grocery stores and restaurants. We did have an issue with the heating system. Management had it resolved quickly.

Convenient location to State Farm Stadium

This was a very clean property. Although the surrounding homes might give you pause at first glance, the neighborhood was very quiet and safe from what I experienced. The houses on either side of this property look to be in transition. However, this property is well kept. Easy check in process.

Great place to stay!

Our stay was fantastic and would stay here again! Husband and I were only occupant’s, but the house had plenty of room for a family of five. Empty garage to park in and enough for two cars. Great entry way and living space to bring things in. Well thought out amenities. Even full size blow dryers in both bathrooms. A lot of empty storage space for things. Pool was great to lounge by. Very nice and comfortable outside space. Houses are close together but have privacy. Good location for shopping near by. Stop looking any further if staying in Arizona. We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home looks as if it was recently remodeled and was beautiful inside. Home was spacious and comfortable for just the 2 of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine! We especially loved the cookware and are going to buy them for our home. There is a nice outdoor area in the back complete with pool and gas grill. We did have to buy a new propane tank because it was left empty. Home is close to grocery stores, many restaurants and shopping. There was also easy access to the expressway. We spent almost a month there and had no problems.

Great place!

This is a great property. Very nice and had everything we needed. Very modern and beautifully decorated. Location was good. Got to where we needed to go fairly easily. Beds were very comfortable. We did have a problem with our key code upon arrival but the representative was very timely in her response and problem solving. (It had to do with the time change). My only suggestions would be to maybe have another small couch in the TV area. There are plenty of dining chairs but they aren't as comfortable. The other con is that the pool is not heated. The weather was not warm enough for us to be able to use the pool. Overall, a wonderful stay and even with the couple cons I would most definitely stay at this property again! Thank you!

Just ok

If you like to control your climate this house is not for you. Restrictions on the thermostat on how cool you can get the house made sleeping impossible. The pool is not heated useless in October. The garage does not have an outside pad or remote which makes it had to use. The house next door had a large pile of trash next to the driveway.

for future renters, the guest wanted to set the temp below 65 degrees in the home. This is not safe for ac equipment in Arizona, the recommended lowest temp in is 72 for the units, luckily it was very nice in the evenings to open windows should they need it below 72. the trash day was the same for all neighbors and cannot be avoided, there are garage remote for guest use in this home. Please dont let this review deter you from staying in this home, none of these issues deserve 3 stars, they are simply part of staying in a vacation rental
