Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1527 square feet, well appointed golf course home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds in them. Additionally there is a sleeper sofa in the living room allowing for comfortable sleeping for 8 people in the house. The open living room is furnished with a big screen TV and sound bar, sleeper sofa, loveseat and 2 comfy chairs. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with granite countertops, 4 barstools and all the amenities you would need for your stay. Situated on Coldwater Springs Golf Course with views of the Estrella Mountains, guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf on this public course and later watch the sunset from the patio or take a dip in the heated pool. Well stocked and furnished with 4 outdoor lounge chairs, conversation seating and barbecue along with a teak outdoor dining table that seats 8. Situated 20 minutes west of downtown Phoenix off I-10. Adventure awaits in any direction you venture.

We had a family trip with our son moving to Arizona and needed a home to close to base. We found this home and will definitely come back. Host has great communication and home is like pictures show. Home is well stocked with anything you will need. Pool is amazing, Can't wait to go back

Love Avondale

The hosts were phenomenal; so responsive….within minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is perfectly situated for touring, golfing, shopping or just relaxing. The property had everything you could dream of having. It was spotlessly clean and check in and check out was smooth. I have already requested 2 weeks next year. I would highly recommend to anyone whether single or family. Thank you so much for contributing to our fabulous stay in Avondale.

Relaxing, welcoming

The house and outdoor provide numerous areas to relax. The house has many added homey touches. The owners have a well-stocked kitchen as well as plenty of linens. All rooms and the outside have thoughtful amenities. Communication was easy. We would love to return to this property.

Decent Stay Close to Raceway

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this home. We were in town for an event at the raceway which was convenient. Otherwise, the house is 20-30 minutes to most other places we went to. The house was stocked with just about anything you could imagine. The pantry even had emergency food items if needed. There was a large binder with info and rules… not terribly unreasonable other than some unexpected cleaning tasks to do before leaving. I’d like to note that the water heater is kept in vacation mode so you won’t have hot water until you turn it on and wait a bit. We didn’t expect that and was disappointing when we had plans soon after arriving. The owner/property manager we’re very responsive!

We enjoyed our stay there. The pool was used everyday. They provided supplies that you would otherwise have to purchase, e.g. paper products and soaps. They were very helpful with a couple miner glitches. The house and property were very clean and well kept. Highly recommend!

Concert weekend

On our first night at the house we had a storm that knocked out the power to the house and fried the refrigerator Gretchen and her team was quick to replace the refrigerator. We are native to NW Washington State and love that we can be in the mountains one morning and out on the boat in the saltwater that afternoon. Our active family of 4 loves adventure and being outdoors whether it be hiking, fishing, golfing or camping. While summers in the PNW cannot be beat, the dark gloomy Washington winters can be rough. That is why we decided to buy a home in Arizona to get some much needed sunshine every so often.

This location is very central. Close to stores, restaurants and parks, less than 15 minutes to State Farm Stadium and Phoenix Raceway while Sky Harbor Airport is close as well. This neighborhood is clean and safe with the best neighbors. Being right on the golf course is unique and a lot of fun. Close to everything yet in a quite neighborhood.
