Spacious Studio Near Sedona

The Studio is nestled against a hillside, in a quiet neighborhood, off a dirt road not far from Interstate 17 and centrally located to all that the Verde Valley has to offer. We are minutes to Montezuma Well and Montezuma Castle, and a short drive to Sedona, Page Springs Wineries, Cornville, Camp Verde, and Cottonwood. Prescott and Flagstaff are about an hour drive. The Studio is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring and as a respite for solo travelers.

Wonderful stay! The ping pong table was a delight and the snacks and coffee were amazing as well. Only a 20 minute drive to Sedona and other hiking trails too. Would definitely recommend.

The trip my girlfriend and I had to Sedona was amazing, absolutely beautiful, but to be honest it wouldn't have been half the trip it would have been without Cynthia and her VRBO. She is so awesome. The studio was great. If I could give her more than five stars I would. She thinks of everything. The studio was so well thought out and we'll appointed. She plans for everything down to the smallest detail. We loved everything about the place, the location( close to everything), the scenery from right outside the door, the hummingbirds in the morning, the notes explaining certain things around the studio were a big help and made it easier to navigate certain items a little easier. The signs leading us in certainly made navigating our way in easier. I will definitely be back through and will be staying here again. This is the best VRBO I have stayed in. Cynthia definitely should be proud of herself with how well she prepares her studio and how good of a host she is. Thank you Cynthia, my girlfriend and I were thrilled with you your property and our stay and you are amazing. Thank you.

A hidden gem in the AZ desert!!! Firstly, it may be a little studio, but it packs a great punch - FULLY equipped oasis. Secondly, the cleanliness and organization of the place satisfied my semi-OCD. Lastly, the hummingbirds that hang out on the patio are so MAJESTIC. 10/10 truly recommend!

Perfect weekend trip

Cynthia’s studio was the perfect overnight for our trip to Beaver Creek and Sedona. Aside from being clean, her place was furnished with everything we could’ve needed and then some; she also had lots of clear signage and notes which made using her bathroom/shower/kitchenette/and patio super easy. Awesome stay!

Desert Oasis

This is a wonderful place to stay! The space was wonderfully furnished. Not far off of I-17, so it is easy to head up to Sedona or Flagstaff. Cynthia is a great host and had hike recommendations and made the check in and check out process extremely easy. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area!

Wonderful place to stay

This adorable studio is jam-packed with more amenities than I’ve seen in many rental homes! Cynthia has provided everything you might expect, along with so many extras! Clever, friendly notes of instruction, coffees, teas, cold drinks, sweet & savory snacks that can even make your breakfast. In addition to the usual bath amenities, she’s even included feminine products, bath bombs and phone bags for soaking in the large tub, face scrub, makeup remover.She’s provided a phone charger! Additionally, Cynthia is very communicative and easy to deal with. Though she lives on site, her layout and check-in system allow for your full privacy. A delightful stay— better than most hotels!

Best Selection I could’ve made!

Cynthia is a stellar host. She gave me my privacy while still communicating beautifully. The space was quiet, quaint, peaceful, and perfect. There were tons of little extras that sent it over the top. I especially loved the spacious bathtub after my long hikes. And the chocolates were such a nice surprise! I will stay here again if I ever come back to the area.

This is a great place to stay. It was very quiet and really comfortable. Check in was easy and the owner was very quick to respond to messages. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Pleasant and Peaceful

Cynthia was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. The place is exactly as described and pictured. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location with easy access to Phoenix, Sedona, and Flagstaff, look no further. The place was immaculate and the hosts were very helpful and thoughtful.

The Studio is off a dirt road, so everything moves a little slower. Wildlife is abundant, neighbors are friendly, and the natural untouched surrounding is soothing. There are plenty of areas to walk around and enjoy the fresh air, wildlife, beautiful scenery and awesome sunrises/sunsets.
