A Beautiful Cozy Cottage in West Sedona

Welcome to Sedona! This Cozy Studio Cottage is all NEW and private. It is in a quiet, yet centrally located neighborhood in West Sedona. You will be in close distance to shops and spas, restaurants, movie theater and hiking trails. All furniture and appliances are new! Rest up in comfort and feel rejuvenated when you go back home!
NOTE: Please be aware of the policies and rules of my cottage. No animals allowed due to allergies. No smoking or vaping allowed in the premises in addition to inside the cottage.
There is also camera surveillance outside the cottage and premises for safety precautions. Thank you.
The space:
The 300 square foot studio has all new appliances and furniture and all the comforts of being on vacation! The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove top and a microwave oven. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a variety of breakfast bars available.
Note: The kitchen is suitable for simple meals, not gourmet cooking. Please do not cook fish or any other foods that produce pungent or lasting odors!
The queen size bed has a gel memory foam mattress and an additional comfort top!
Guest access:
This is a studio cottage that is totally separate from my home. It is completely private. You have one free parking space on the right side of the studio. The entrance is to the left side of studio. Key is placed in a lock box.
Other things to note:
It is very quiet and dark at night. Sedona is a "Dark Sky Community". You are welcome to walk in my private back yard and use the patio chairs to see the beautiful stars at night!

We had a very nice stay. The efficiency apt was just perfect for us. Thoughtfully equipped and in good shape and nicely decorated. A good part of the Sedona for restaurants and hiking.

The cottage was exactly what we needed after long days hiking the Grand Canyon and Cathedral Rock and visiting Bearizona. It was clean, cozy and blessedly quiet. There was a full sized fridge and freezer, which came in clutch. The steaming hot shower at the end of the long days was so welcome. We didn’t need to reach out to our host, as everything was clearly communicated and there was nothing lacking. Definitely recommend.

This stay was perfect for a solo traveler like myself. Had all the essentials I needed and off street parking. Quiet neighborhood close to hiking trails, shops and restaurants. The bed was so comfy! I overlooked that there wasn't a desk available (I had to work during the day) but it still worked out. Thanks so much for hosting!

The cottage is small and cozy but well appointed. It is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and hiking trails. I would definitely consider staying there again if I go back to Sedona.

The TV remote was not defaulted to channels that are subscribed to. I do not know if I was operating the minisplit correctly. I would have preferred the window treatments were better at blocking out light, particularly in the morning because I awoke too early. The bed was very comfortable and the minisplit cooled the area well enough after an hour.

Great place to stay

This Vrbo met our needs nicely. We slept here. The bed was comfy, the neighborhood was quiet and the room temp was easy to control. We also took a mid day break from the hot sun and to snack. We used the stove to prepare small things. The place was well stocked with basic items - better than most Vrbos. Hostess was nice and she responded promptly.

Flawless experience

This was everything we needed and wanted for a long weekend in Sedona - great location in a quiet area with easy access to the local attractions, clean space, nice shower, comfy mattress, super easy check in/out process. We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to Sedona.

Cute cottage in great location

We stayed in Sedona for three nights. Did multiple wonderful hikes that were about 10-15 min away by car from the cottage. The short distance was a great plus since the parking lots filled by 7 am.

Cute, Small, But well equipped!

It was only an overnight stay because our time was filled with activities. It was nice and quiet. In the morning there was a real coffee pot and coffee provided! That’s a 10 in my book!!!

One night in Sedona

My husband and I visited Sedona for the first time on a week long trip to hit many locations in Arizona. We will definitely be back to Sedona. The location of this stay is perfectly private, safe, and easy to find.

I have lived in the Sedona community for over 24 years and still cannot believe that this is my home! I work as a ED registered nurse in the local hospital and love and appreciate serving my community. Previous to Sedona, I lived and worked in New York City in the corporate world. This challenging experience has led me to repurpose my life's passion and meaning; hence moving to Sedona!
I love the simple things life has to offer, hiking or walking and enjoying the nature that surrounds me. However, I do love culture and art, and wine! One of my many passions is dancing. I used to teach salsa/meringue and cha cha. Every once in a while I venture in teaching and dancing and enjoy the comforts of social life.

The studio cottage is charming and efficient. It is suited for one or two persons that are active outdoors and then sleep in a very comfortable bed watching the smart TV or listening to music or white noise. It is a very quiet neighborhood yet close to hiking trails and stores.
