The primary renter must be 25 or older. A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival and released after checkout. Guests may alternatively select a non-refundable Damage Waiver during pre-arrival verification.

Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet. Guests arriving from lower elevations should plan for altitude adjustment on arrival day. One underground parking space is included. Additional parking is available in the town structure nearby. No pets allowed.
