There is a 55 inch smart TV with Showtime, Hulu, Netfilix, and more. Full kitchen and bath. Fully stocked coffee bar. Onsite laundry facilities. One covered parking spot available and plenty of parking on the street for additional cars.

Great rental for spring training, golf, and traveling nurses.

Arcadia is unlike most neighborhoods in the Phoenix tri-valley. The unit is surrounded by multi million dollar homes with some costing over 15 million directly across the street.
You will find homes with huge grassy areas in front of storybook homes or iItalian Villas. Many homes have fireplaces in the front home and friendly neighbors can be found enjoying each other's company. You will meet people on your evening strolls through the estates. Or stay like a local and rent a fat tire electric bike and cruise to bars and restaurants. You can also walk to a fabulous bar called OSHO and sneak in through their back patio from the canal after an evening of fishing.

The property is truly unique. There is no other condos that are in the actual historic area called Arcadia. You can find some that are on the outskirts but it isn't anywhere close to be embedded in the center of the community. In addition, this is a quiet complex. No smoking is allowed in any of the units or on the property itself, per HOA rules. It is perfect for the relaxing needs of a travel nurse or business traveler. You can even watch the sunset from your back patio while enjoying a glass of wine.
