Este serenamente hermoso vecindario de Cherry Grove está ubicado a solo minutos de North Myrtle Beach y tiene un ambiente familiar, pero a solo minutos de toda la acción. Escalada 12 pisos en el aire con los primeros 5 niveles de estacionamiento cubierto para su conveniencia. Vivirás la buena vida ya sea que estés aquí por una semana o un fin de semana. Qué mejor manera de disfrutar sus vacaciones especiales que desde la privacidad y la comodidad de nuestro condominio de lujo. Este condominio ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar con las comodidades adicionales que espera y merece. Desde los hermosos muebles hasta el paquete de servicios, hay algo para todos. Hay una piscina al aire libre y una piscina cubierta para los días de lluvia.


Además, hay un jacuzzi cubierto para su disfrute. Arriba, en el centro de servicios, encontrarás la sala de juegos con todos los favoritos de tu familia, como el futbolín, el hockey de aire y el juego de tejo de mesa. Al lado de la sala de juegos hay un gimnasio con entrenador elíptico, cinta de correr y equipo para nautilus. Desde la sala de ejercicios del segundo piso hay una terraza con mecedoras para aquellos que solo quieren relajarse y disfrutar de la vista del océano y la brisa. The Cherry Grove Inlet se encuentra detrás de Beachwalk Villas, así que trae tu caña de pescar y observa lo que está picando.

Nuestro condominio tendrá capacidad para 10 personas con dos amplias habitaciones principales (rey en cada una) y ambas tienen hermosas vistas al océano. Hay otro dormitorio con dos camas dobles y un sofá cama para dos. No hay necesidad de traer ropa de cama ya que se proporcionan. Debe traer sus toallas de playa y su computadora portátil, ya que hay acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad. Con una cocina completa, lavadora y secadora, la vida es fácil. Hay tres baños. Todos disfrutan del balcón y están amueblados para que pueda disfrutar cómodamente del amanecer oceánico con una taza de café o ver la puesta de sol con una copa de vino. Que maravillosa manera de empezar y terminar un día.

Excellent family vacation

This condo was all that we expected and more! We had an awesome week, and will stay here again in the future! The only thing that I can suggest changing is more furniture in the living room, there were not enough seats for our group! Also the furniture could use updating! Overall this was one of the best experiences we have had!

The property owner was very responsive when I had questions or observations! The unit was clean and we had no issues there at all. I would recommend that the living room furniture and chair in one of the bedrooms be replaced as it’s just time to do so. I’m sure this spot is typically rented and therefore the furniture has seen a ton of wear and it shows in appearance and comfort. Overall a great stay!

Adult family vacation

My family and I recently had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at this Vrbo home. From the moment we arrived, we were taken aback by the stunning beachfront location and the tranquil atmosphere. The house was spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing all the comforts of home and more. The highlight of our stay was the private beach access. We loved spending our days lounging on the pristine sand, listening to the soothing sound of the waves, and taking refreshing dips in the crystal-clear water. It felt like our own little slice of paradise, away from the hustle and bustle. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The amenities, including the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and outdoor seating area, made our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the evenings on the patio, watching the sunset and star-gazing. If you are looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating beach getaway, this home is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories here. Five stars all the way!

Great View!

The view from the balcony and window of the condo is beautiful and it is an easy walk to the beach. The two master bedrooms with king size beds and bathrooms are a plus for this unit, especially when two families rent together. The unit was clean and we enjoyed the time spend in the condo. It should be noted that the condo is located in the Cherry Grove Beach section of Myrtle Beach. It is about 30 minutes from the Broadway at the Beach and many other attractions at Myrtle Beach. We did not realize this when we booked this condo. This was the obstacle as we planned what we would do each day-- we didn't want to go back and forth too many times. We would rent this condo again. The owners were quick to respond to our emails about questions we had.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! And a COMFY place to stay too!

Our vacation was over the July 4th week. The condo has great beach access, a refreshing pool, and a view of the fireworks from the balcony. It was very well equipped, and there was plenty of privacy. The units were quiet - we never heard any neighbors! Having 3 bedrooms & bathrooms was just what we needed for our large party. The owner was VERY responsive and quick to respond to us - there was an issue with the water in the building - and he was back in touch with us via phone within a few minutes of an email I sent to him - water was restored within the hour! I'd love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great location that is private yet close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer, A great time was had by all! By the way - the BEST ribs can be had at OLD SOUTH BBQ which is just down the road. Make room in the fridge for LEFTOVERS!

Great view, decent place, needs detailed cleaning and updatea

The view is awesome. Parking was ample. Tiles by door entries were loose. Blinds in living room were disgusting—needs dusting. Smoke detectors were all detached but had building ones on wall? Washer and dryer and fridge are newer and nice. Shower curtain and accessories were broken and dirty and old. Broken chair on balcony. No light except one lamp in room with two beds. Tv remotes were all dead. Kitchen pans were horribly warped and stove is worn out. Had extra giant fleece blankets for each room. Extra pillows were stained and no pillowcases.

Claimed to have hot tub, heated pool, and multiple games in game room

Called the property mgr regarding parking passes, he said text for issue, he responds faster. Messaged twice, no passes brought to us. He wrote us back after our second message, while we were on our way home from our vacation, saying he was messaging prior management group, sorry. Published amenities stated hot tub, heated pool, ping pong table, pool table, and shuffleboard. All three of the previous games were not present. They had a dart board but that was not working. Pool maintenance crew said that they have never turned on the heat of the pool as it costs too much. Hot tub was ice cold the first three days of our stay. Once hot tub was heated they kept putting in chemicals so strong you couldn’t use it. We were only able to use it once before getting sick from chemicals The pool posted schedule was to 11pm, but gate was locked at 9pm. No response to contact regarding these false represented accommodations, which was a deciding factor in our choice of property to stay at. Very frustrated for being charged for amenities not actually there. This was definitely a horrible experience.

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT! The best part of this rental was the view from the balcony. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balcony for half of the stay, 3 days, because it had to painted and resealed. So, all of the porch furniture had to be moved inside. A rocking loveseat and 3 chairs. So that meant no room in the living room to sit. We were woken up early twice on our stay by the building manager. He even barged into our unit one morning because we were still sleeping, to inform us we were to accommodate these painters. This was definitely not a last-minute project that the owner was not aware of. The pictures of the unit are not updated at all. They do not show any of the ducked taped appliances or the cracked cabinets that were hanging crooked. The faucets were all rusty and missing their stoppers. The furniture was outdated, sagging and worn out. The red chairs had soot and dirt so thick we had to put blankets over them just to sit in the chairs. It looked like furniture you would see in a frat house. There were marks on every wall. The wall in the master bathroom was cracked, by the bathtub, and had black mold on in several spots. This place needs to be inspected. False advertising on the time the pool closed. We were kicked out at 9:15 when the sign said it closed at 10:00. We left the rental a day early because we were so frustrated there was no area to congregated. We would never recommend this unit to anyone. VRBO needs to investigate this unit.

WARNING: Do not rent this property.

We visited NMB this past week and trust me when I say do not waste your money here. The condo is filthy, outdated and not well equipped. We had to clean counters, floors and tabletops upon arrival. I went to Walmart and purchased new sheets because I refused to sleep on the stained bedding. We removed the old, stained comforters and used our own blankets. We placed sheet over the couch to feel comfortable sitting on it. The inside of cabinets and drawers filthy with food debris. The kitchen sink faucet is corroded, the microwave vent was duct taped on, the master bath sink drain did not drain and the master bath shower drain was full of mold and hair. The living room and kitchen upholstery is soiled and worn through. The kitchen appliances are very outdated, cookware coatings have worn through to the point I was concerned to use them. The owner called the day before our arrival on Sunday to tell me the refrigerator had to be replaced and wanted us to delay our trip; which was not an option. The fridge was delivered on Tuesday, which was not his fault with regard to the delivery company, but we had to buy coolers and ice to last a few days. When I asked for him to consider a night’s reimbursement for at least one night, he did not agree to any concession to cover my expense for the styrofoam coolers, ice and lost groceries. We had a few roaches, very unpleasant on top of everything else. And, beware of the carpet nails poking through at the bedroom doorways…learned about those the hard way. I wish I could share pictures here because those would corroborate all of our issues. This place is not what you are presented in the listing, in fact far from it. I feel scammed and it was so disappointing!

Relaxing Get-Away

My friends and I could not have asked for a better long weekend at the beach! The view was breathtaking. The condo and amenities (pools, hottub, exercise rooms, lounge chairs, etc.) were excellent. Getting to park in a covered parking garage with easy access to elevators was a real plus. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Nice place but not very clean and limited parking.

The building is nice and well kept, our condo wasn’t very clean though. The shower curtains were moldy, the carpeting was not vacuumed and pieces of food from previous visitors laying around. Only 2 cars allowed in garage. So if u have more ppl good luck finding a place to park that isn’t $2 per hour. Also the AC was leaking all over the floor with a bucket under it that needed to be enptied regularly.

Great Location

We loved the location, even with being across the road, it didn’t not feel like it!! My teenage son really enjoyed fishing at the pier that was in walking distance and the marsh area behind the condo. As far, as the condo it was very clean. But is in desperate need of updating from the walls, to furniture, toilet seats are broken, to the bedding, sooo very outdated, and know that they are definitely not changed or washed between stays(we bought our own). The beds in the master bedrooms, king beds, appear to be new but are so uncomfortable. Definitely need new pillows and there were lots of extra pillows but not extra pillows cases or linens to be found in the condo. The pillows also had lots of strains on them. Very cheap mattress protector on master bed as well , felt like you were sleeping on plastic. Also was told there would be extra keys in the room as we came in the door in case padlock died but there was not. After several emails and text finally heard back from property manager/owner with NO solution so this made leaving each day wondering if we would get back in to our belongings worrisome and checking out at 5:30am(our choice to beat traffic) hectic because our key code would no longer work. Over all, we will definitely stay in this area again but probably not in this same condo.

Beautiful Ocean View with breathtaking sunrises

We were overall delighted with our stay. The beach was directly across the street with public beach access. The pools were well maintained. The communication with the owner was easy and responded right away with any questions we had. The only recommendation I would have is to update the extra bedding in the closets. The blankets were ripped and tattered.
