The Space
Enjoy a spacious split-level home with 1,560 sq feet of open and inviting living space conveniently located just 8 miles from the Atlanta airport and 16 miles south of downtown Atlanta!

The home has 3 levels. The first level is an open-plan layout with a kitchen, dining area and sitting room with a Smart TV cozy fireplace and a pool table room! Then, there are 6-7 steps to where the bedrooms are located, and the living room is on the third level, approximately 3 steps up from there.

You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare meals at home. Adjacent to the living room is a dining table for enjoying your home-cooked meals!

There are three bedrooms, all have plush queen-sized beds and Smart TVs! Bedroom 1 is the primary bedroom and features an ensuite bathroom.

The home boasts high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace (desk & chair) for a comfortable and productive stay. There’s also a washer and dryer in the home for added convenience.

In addition to the indoor space, you`ll also have access to a lovely patio and backyard area. The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or hosting a small gathering with friends and family.

The property is suitable for families, couples, or groups of friends of up to 6 guests. And it’s pet-friendly in the event you’re traveling with your furry friend.

Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

The Neighborhood
Riverdale is a thriving and growing city with attractions like the Clayton County International Park, home of the 1996 beach volleyball Olympic competition and a filming location for `The Hunger Games: Catching Fire` and Tyler Perry`s `The Family that Preys.` Also nearby is the Atlanta State Farmers Market, one of the largest outdoor produce markets in the United States.

There are many great restaurants in the area, and it’s the Home of the Riverdale Centre, the city hosts concert series, family reunions, an annual Seafood & Music Festival and many more events throughout the year.

Getting Around
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located about 8 miles from the property.

There’s parking for one vehicle in the garage, and for 2 on the driveway, and if you’re not coming by car, there are plenty of transportation options. You can take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Please note the following important information before booking:

Please keep in mind the property is located in an older, more developed neighborhood.

This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests` safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver`s license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets-friendly property for up to 2 pets, none over 50 lbs. Pet fee applies.
