Conveniently, there is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. The building is located in a highly desirable area between TriBeCa and SoHo, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, galleries, and boutique gyms.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

This property only allows a 12-month term minimum, up to 24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.



Note there are two levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor.



The Neighborhood:

Tribeca is a hip area known for its old industrial buildings, many now turned into residential loft space. Cobblestone streets are lined with trendy boutiques and restaurants. Historic commercial buildings include the red-brick New York Mercantile Exchange edifice, from 1884. Weekends are quiet, though Washington Market Park and Hudson River Park draw families. The Tribeca Film Festival takes place here every spring.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:

- Stays of 365 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a bank transfer for stays of 365 nights or longer.
