Amazing food choices, including for those with food sensitivities. Excellent location for site-seeing. Met all of our needs, but not flashy. Visitors should consider bringing ear plugs (it is NYC, after all). Our group of four friends had a fun time and could not have asked for a better place.

As a business owner, here are a few suggestions: Replace the dirty sponge on the kitchen sink, with a new one. Give each room a hand towel (One room didn't have one.) Chairs and couch aren't comfortable. A mirror in each bedroom would just be a wonderful improvement.The A/C in the bedroom by the kitchen is dripping - so you may want to check that out, as to not ruin your floors.That being said, we were thrilled to find a unit with 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed. The location was perfect giving easy access to the ferry when we head to the 911 memorial. and no one complained about running out of hot water. We had fun discovering great local eateries walking around the area...

1. The check in process was not convenient at all the assistant was not well versed which made it difficult to check in. There were two different doors and it was not explained properly and the checkin process took about 25 minutes and the assistant didn’t reach back out to ensure that we were able to access the apartment. 2. The internet was not stable which kept going in and out.3. The bathroom sink got clogged on Saturday morning i reached out to the assistant and no one was able to come fix the sink so therefore we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen the remainder of the time.

Work trip pit stop

Came in early for a work conference, needed 3 separate bedrooms for everyone. Place was perfect, lots of nearby restaurants to go to. The check in process was easy, and the AC’s in the room blew cold. Great place and will stay again!

Location was perfect for our families’ trip to Times Square. Easy to walk from Penn Station and to Times Square. Unit was clean and spacious for a NY unit. The full kitchen was very useful for us.

Perfect Location / Amazing Stay

We just finished up a wonderful stay. The location is absolutely perfect in the middle of moat everything. The metro stop around the corner will take you everywhere your feet can’t. The bodega next door is great and the staff were super friendly. The apartment is super clean and roomy. Nice to have so much space in NYC. The unit had ac splits and additional window units in each bedroom. It keep the apartment at a perfect temperate which is nice to come back to after a hot day exploring the city. Each bedroom had closet space as well so it was nice to be able to hang all our clothes. Add in a full sized refrigerator and a full kitchen and its the perfect place to stay. We thought 5 of us taking showers would test the hot water capacity but it didn’t. Communication with the host was easy as was checkin. We will stay here on all our return visits.

The apartment was wonderful and communication with the host was great. The bedrooms were spacious and the AC worked well which was highly appreciated in the summer. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

We are EXTREMELY picky! This apartment was perfect! Location is incredible and very spacious for this part of town. Cleanliness is a must for us, as we own a residential/commercial cleaning company. This home was spotless! I can not express how pleased we were with the accommodations. If you are needing a place in NYC, this is the one you need to pick. It is officially our home, anytime we are back in the city. Thank you to the hosts!!

Midtown gem

We had a wonderful stay. It was very easy to find and a breeze to check in. It was spacious and located in great spot close to restaurants and the subway. It was clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot close to everything

This place was great. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 big living room and plenty of space to hang out. It was more than we thought we would get in Manhattan at this price.The only thing to be ready for is you are on 4 stories up with no elevator. We made it work.It's right above a pub but you didn't hear it in the room. We would stay here again.

NYC Business Trip

Our stay in New York was amazing. We were here for a work incentive trip. The property was close to everything. We were within walking distance to virtually everything. Restaurants were awesome, property was spacious and clean. Overall great stay, and would definitely stay again

Great place

My buds and I came into the city for a few nights. This apartment is great. Just be aware that you got three flights of stairs to navigate to get to the apartment. Not a big deal as we climbed them with ease..

Excellent Location

There were very minor adjustments to this stay needed (like the addition of washcloths), but it is clean, comfortable, and situated around AMAZING food, steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. It was exactly what we were looking for, came as advertised and the host was VERY responsive. Location, IMO, couldn’t be beat. I’d stay again.

Perfect area. We stayed here for a convention and was a 10 minute walk to the convention. Great food options right down the street. Would stay again if we are in the area.
