Villa Azul offers an open concept layout perfect for your central Florida vacation. This modern home is spacious and offers a full kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, a spacious yard with a hot tub and a grill on the first floor. The second floor are three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The location is close to many attractions such as 2 miles from H2O, 6 miles from Disney World with shopping and dinning found all over the area. The community is gated with 2 pools, playgrounds, a gym and more!

This is an ideal base location for a stay in Orlando. The check in process was simple with access codes for the main gate & property. Good communication with the owner. We have stayed on the same complex before, but this time made use of the communal pool, which was really pleasant. The property is well maintained and basic amenities were appreciated after a long day travelling! We will be back! Many thanks

The place was clean, hot tub was hot, and all appliances worked. The host made it easy to communicate with and checkin/ checkout was really easy. We enjoyed our stay here!

Great location to parks!

Very clean and well decorated! Check-in and checkout was very easy. Close enough to the parks to make it an easy drive, but far enough to be away from the busier areas. Found some great restaurants including a pizza place called Flippers. Would stay again!

Can’t recommend enough

Amazing property, can’t say enough positives about Henry and Linda as hosts. From check in to check out enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and fresh with plenty of space as well as being comfortable for the whole family. Excellent value of money in a lovely secure location close to Disney parks and shops and food places with Orlando only 35 minutes away. Would recommend to anyone and will be back for sure in a few years!!!!Thank you Henry and Linda!!!!!!

Spacious and has all the essentials! We loved the location and the layout of this house! The only drawback was the couch was badly stained and in need of replacing. We were a little afraid to sit on it. The master bedroom sheets had yellow stains that we were worried werent washed, but we washed them ourselves. Detergent was provided as well as dishwashing detergent. Master bed was very hard. Very quiet neighborhood in a gated community. Very close to all the parks!

Hi Jennifer! We are so pleased you enjoyed the location and what the area offers. We are happy the layout was comfortable for you and your loved ones. We wish you would have told us about the sheets and couch, we would have had that taken care of that right away The sheets and towels are all washed after every single check out but sometimes when they use to much detergent it will stain yellow and they end up having to wash it again when they notice to get it out completely. Thank you for the feedback on the master bed mattress, we will look into a topper. The couch due to the material stains very easily when water is spill or people come in from the hot tub and sit without drying off. Thank you for making us aware, we already scheduled a new cleaning for it! We look forward to hosting you again, it was a pleasure! Safe travels home!

Modern townhouse

Nice, quiet, gated neighborhood. The hot tub was nice to have. Everything looked clean and new. Location near lots of shopping and restaurants. About 30 mins from Universal. The host were quick to respond. Would stay again.

Ideal Property, No Surprises

This was my second long term rental on this home. Perfect home that describes online exactly what you will get. Private gated community resort with a diverse age group of residence. This property is a corner unit, expansive walk out patio with hot tub and gas grill. Bathrooms recently remodeled. Kitchen fully furnished where we made many meals but also experienced many of the local restaurants.

Overall great stay

Property is spacious, clean, modern, and close to the Disney/Universal parks. We loved having the Jacuzzi to come home to after walking all day. The only snag was the bed(master) was very hard. Many people prefer that, so no hard feelings from us. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close, not break the bank, and also stay in a space that doesn’t feel like it was decorated 10-20 years ago. The blue in person is not as jarring as the photos.
