Bait and Switch

Not happy and was not as listed. Booked the 2 bedroom with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double sofa bed and a sofa couch, 1650 sq ft with deck, kitchen, lanai, washer and dryer as described in the listing. Check in was at 3:30 and had to ask for directions the day of. We arrived at 10:35pm after our day at Disney. When we arrived to our surprise and extreme disappointment, The host put us in a poorly DIY garage renovation of approximately 300 sq ft. (1 bedroom with a rice paper door for privacy, 1 couch, a hot plate, dorm room refrigerator and no hot water and a bathroom that was disgustingly dirty. Host says “ Due to an unexpected situation, we had to make a last-minute adjustment to your room type. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To make up for the change, I would like to offer you a 30% room fee refund as a gesture of goodwill.Could you please provide your Zelle account information so I can process the refund for you promptly?”And I responded “That would have been wonderful if I knew this before. We're traveling with 3 people and we have 1 bed. I don't have Zelle.“ After several texts back and forth for 30 min. The host decided to leave in a car with 4 others and texted me I can now stay in the original space I reserved. Ummm no thank you! Don’t feel safe or comfortable with a host and whoever else was using the place we were supposed to be in. Wouldn’t go back.

Perfect for a getaway

My family and I had an airboat ride planned and needed somewhere close to stay . The location was perfect . The place was spotless and quiet . I plan to stay here again on my next visit .
