Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood only a block and a half from Oak Street Beach on Lake Michigan, this bright and spacious home is designed for relaxation, connection, and effortless comfort—perfect for families, couples, and groups of up to 10 guests. Enjoy the year-round hot tub, ideal after a day on the beach or playing in the snow.

Step into a light-filled living room where large windows create an inviting space to gather and unwind. The open layout flows into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen, making cooking, snacking, and spending time together easy and enjoyable. High-speed WiFi and a smart TV with streaming access are provided.

The chef-ready kitchen includes a Keurig, drip coffee maker, coffee pods, teas, hot chocolate, blender, crockpot, air-fryer oven, pots, pans, baking supplies, and a waffle cone maker. Kids love creating treats with the SodaStream and shaved ice machine. Basic seasonings are provided for home-style meals.

The main-floor primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed and private bathroom featuring a relaxing soaking tub. An additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on the main level, along with a new large-capacity washer and dryer.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination:
• Two bedrooms feature plush queen beds
• The third includes twin-over-full bunk beds, ideal for kids or multi-family stays

All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided, along with soap, shampoo, and cleaning supplies to make packing easy.

Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with a $100 fee per pet; service animals are always accepted.

Contactless check in will utilize a personal code for the front door lock, which will be sent to you 1-2 days before arrival and will activate at 4 pm on the day of check-in.

The exterior of the home is monitored with security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or in the hot tub area.

Our decor and furniture may change over time, and we will try to update pictures accordingly.

As with any travel, please consider obtaining travel insurance if a last minute cancellation would be a financial hardship for you.
By booking this stay you agree to the following:
- You will pick up pet waste and dispose off. Please cover furniture if you allow pets on it. Dogs must be crated if alone in the home.
-You will not eat in the hot tub. You acknowledge and accept the risks of using the hot tub and use at your own risk.
-No cigarette smoking anywhere on the property.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
