The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with very private in-ground HEATED pool can sleep six or more. With complimentary WiFi, guests can feel free to surf the web from anywhere inside or outside. This central air conditioned home has a fully stocked modern kitchen fit for a cook that opens up to an attractive dining room and comfortable living room. The light and airy sunroom has a pull out sofa and door to the exquisitely landscaped backyard and gorgeous in-ground pool with fountains. Relax poolside on the many lounge chairs. Enjoy the patio and barbecue for al fresco dining. This lovely home is the ultimate for relaxation and/or entertaining.

Located on Singer Island, an oceanfront neighborhood known for its pristine beaches, beach diving, snorkeling, fishing and boating, this relaxing vacation home is also close to everything including PGA golf courses, state park, restaurants, shops and activities.

Pack n’ Play, beach chairs and umbrella available upon request.

Home has keyless access.

Video doorbell and RING security cameras in front of house and backyard. Absolutely no cameras in the home.

Winter Getaway

We rented this home for almost three weeks. The house was lovely and very clean.The third bedroom is really an enclosed sunroom with no privacy from the main living area and is the most direct route to the pool. If there were curtains or blinds and a dresser for clothes, that would certainly help with using it as a third bedroom. That being said, we would definitely rent again but only with four guests, using the two main bedrooms. The home was well equipped with high end appliances and we loved the privacy we had at the pool. Although we brought our own bikes, there are multiple bikes for all ages.The use of the beach club was a wonderful addition and we enjoyed it immensely.I can’t say enough about our host. She was so attentive to any questions or concerns and the check in and out process was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. was a wonderful surprise. We spent a couple of days there and really enjoyed it. The second bathroom is in the garage. The toilet is in one room and the shower is in a room next door with the washer and dryer. My husband and I used the garage bathroom so our guests could use the main bathroom inside. The main bathroom was very nice.

Beautiful place great hosts

The place is 100% accurate to the description. An absolutely beautiful home with a great central location. We were in town for a soccer tournament for five days and the pool and location to the beach was great when we were not at the soccer games. The house were extremely accommodating and the house was absolutely immaculate. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a great place to stay located close to tons of activities

6 week stay

Unit is very clean and tidy. The pool area is very nice but needs more shade for the table area to protect from afternoon sun. The 3rd bedroom is not a bedroom but a major traffic ares with sleeper couch and no privacy at all. We found this misleading and disappointing. The second bathroom is in the garage and requires a major step down that may be hazardous to elderly or mobility impaired. The lack of images of interior 3rd bedroom and 2nd bath is telling.

Perfect!

The house was perfect! Outdoor space is fantastic! We loved the pool, lawn chairs, grill, tables, palm trees and walked to the ocean regularly! The beds were comfortable, air conditioning was great, kitchen fully stocked (complete with a blender for protein shakes), and more! There is a TV in every room and even bikes for those who like to take a spin out in the sun or even boogie board! Host couldn't be any nicer!

Piece of cake

Excellent and precise communication. We have 2 kids (3 and 4 yrs old). The house was clean and clutter free. Awesome backyard and nice sized bedrooms. We’ll be back. This house truly made our 7 day vacation a piece of cake.

Winter Getaway 2024

Totally enjoyable amazing fantastic 4 weeks in this beautiful home. Had everything you need to make you feel comfortable! Days went by so quick…. Really nice ambiance…lovely garden, patio, beautiful pool, comfy lounge chairs, super chairs to enjoy in the water. We barbecued days we did not eat out. Great restaurants /stores close by Nice walks around to see amazing sunsets on the Intracoastal.
